Job Description

The role of the Territory Sales Manager is to effectively manage assigned territory accounts mostly in Illinois minus Chicago, supporting designated sales team in their efforts to grow revenue while professionally representing Cornerstone Building Brands surface and siding solutions. The role will prospect, qualify, sell, support, and develop an account base. Additionally it will provide pre-sales and post-sales support; perform sales and account management functions to achieve and exceed quotas; conduct customer account development training; identify and contact potential customers, create proposals and execute company sales strategies; and participates in customer trade shows.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and grows established accounts
• Service existing accounts, obtains sales orders and establishes new accounts
• Studies existing and potential volume by market segment
• Exercises proper and complete sales resource utilization to assist in securing new business
• Utilizes structured call frequency system to plan and organize daily work schedule in pursuit of existing and potential territory sale opportunities
• Conducts and/or participates in sales promotion and customer educational meetings
• Provides lead generation and follow through
• Recommends changes in pricing and adjusts pricing within established guidelines
• Evaluates results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints
• Evaluates complaints, investigates problems, develops solutions; makes recommendations to management
• Submits annual sales forecast
• Conducts competitive analysis
• Gathers current marketplace information on competitor pricing, product, new products, service levels, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Customizes sales presentations
• Knows and exercises the proper techniques in preparing an opening, presenting, overcoming objections and concluding a presentation
• Submits weekly sales report or as required
• Handles forms and other lines of communication
• Develops and maintains customer profile and territory and account sales records
• May be required to perform AIA (American Institute of Architects) presentations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
• A thorough knowledge of the building products industry and sales management experience in both the dealer, distribution, and/or two step channel of the business, dependent upon brand
• Problem solving and sales negotiation skills a must
• General knowledge of major competitive brands
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with sales planning, budgeting and T&E expense management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Adept at prioritizing multiple responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

SoftLite Windows and Doors part of the Cornerstone Building Brands family is seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime and facility operations in our fast-paced vinyl windows and doors manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and learning industrial maintenance skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Perform routine inspections on machinery and facility systems
• Learn to read and understand simple blueprints, manuals, and diagrams.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and line adjustments
• Support general facility maintenance, such as minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation
• Follow all safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures

What YOU’LL NEED

• Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, DIY, farm, military, trade school, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring devices
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, moving equipment)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level maintenance roles

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Trade school coursework (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, industrial maintenance)

Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets. You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.

POSITION SUMMARY

RISE Homes is hiring a Field & Office Operations Admin & Coordinator to support the physical and logistical side of our residential real estate business across the San Francisco Peninsula and Bay Area.

This role handles the hands-on execution that keeps listings prepared, marketing materials ready, vendors coordinated on site, and the office organized and professional. You will be out at properties, vendors, printers, and the office daily — ensuring everything is physically in place for listings, marketing, and events.

ABOUT RISE HOMES

RISE Homes is a boutique real estate team based in San Mateo specializing in high-coordination residential listings, including probate and trust sales.

Our business manages multiple listings at once across the Bay Area, each requiring vendors, marketing, inspections, staging, and logistics. This role ensures the physical execution of those activities happens reliably and professionally.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

LISTING FIELD LOGISTICS

• Install and remove lockboxes at listings
• Pick up and deliver keys between office, agents, and vendors
• Install and remove yard signs and directional signs
• Deliver and set out brochures and property materials
• Check listing readiness before milestones (photos, staging, showings)
• Verify property access for vendors and inspectors
• Coordinate on-site logistics with the remote operations team

VENDOR & PROPERTY COORDINATION (ON-SITE)

• Meet painters, stagers, cleaners, photographers, and contractors at properties
• Provide access and confirm work scope
• Take photos or notes of progress and report back to team
• Confirm vendor completion and readiness
• Pick up or return materials related to listing prep
• Support staging install and removal logistics

MARKETING MATERIALS & PRINT COORDINATION

• Pick up brochures, flyers, postcards, and signage from printers
• Assemble brochure packets and marketing booklets
• Deliver marketing materials to listings and office
• Maintain inventory of signs, lockboxes, brochure boxes, and materials
• Prepare open house materials and supplies
• Organize and restock marketing storage areas

OFFICE OPERATIONS & PRESENTATION

Stack Street Coffee is a rapidly growing coffee manufacturing and distribution company operating multiple production lines and producing millions of units annually across several product formats. We ship nationwide across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

We are building the operational backbone of a scaling manufacturing business and are looking for a Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations Manager to own the flow of raw materials and finished goods from suppliers through production to customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role based inside the production facility, responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, raw materials are always ready, and shipments move reliably as the company grows. You will ensure materials, packaging, and roasted coffee are staged and ready for the next day’s production schedule while also maintaining fast, accurate direct-to-consumer fulfillment. This role works directly on the warehouse floor and inside the production facility to keep materials and shipments flowing reliably each day.

The right candidate will design and run the systems that allow our manufacturing and fulfillment operations to scale significantly over the next several years.

This role reports to the COO and works closely with production, quality and finance leadership.

What You Own

You will own the operational execution of supply chain, logistics, and daily production readiness including:

• End-to-end materials flow from suppliers through production to customers

• Detailed production and materials planning aligned with weekly priorities, inventory levels, and production capacity

• Ensuring materials, packaging, and roasted coffee are ready for scheduled production runs

• Purchasing coordination, supplier managment and vendor follow-up to ensure on-time delivery

• Inventory accuracy and appropriate stock levels across packaging, raw materials, and finished goods

• Warehouse operations including receiving, slotting, staging, picking, and shipping

• Direct leadership of warehouse and materials handling staff

• Shipping execution across wholesale, retail, and DTC channels

• Optimizing high-SKU pick/pack fulfillment operations including slotting, batching, and pack station workflows

• Cycle counting, inventory controls, and root-cause resolution

• Supply chain systems including WMS, order management, EDI, and shipping workflows

• Daily prioritization and operational problem solving without escalation

• Building scalable systems, processes, and metrics as production volume increases

You will have operational authority over warehouse operations, materials readiness, and supply chain execution.
