JOB SUMMARY
The Ops Project Manager III will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. · Provide leaders with updates, including greatest opportunities for improvement

· Identify best cost solutions to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems)

· Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management

Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible managing the construction of company-owned assets by third party contractors and ensuring successful results, which includes the operational and financial performance of projects. Construction Project Manager will work closely with other project stakeholders to align the development and execution of organization’s long-term and short-term plans.
Responsibilities of the role will includes:
- Responsible to ensure project adherence to safety, quality, schedule and budget while bringing the project to completion within the designated set timeline

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Project Manager for a major organization. The Project Manager will oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and coordinate closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience leading capital and asset-related initiatives, including facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, vendor coordination, and budget oversight. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls 4 to support project execution activities at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This role provides senior-level expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and Earned Value Management (EVMS) to ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project controls systems, cost estimating, schedule development, and financial analysis, with the ability to identify cost and schedule trends and provide actionable recommendations to project leadership.
This position works under consultative direction and may provide technical oversight and leadership for project controls teams, ensuring compliance with project objectives, schedules, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities

Manage solution architecture discussions with technical teams to define data models, Dataverse tables, business rules, security roles, and app logic.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and Dataverse integrations.
- Oversee testing cycles, including app performance, accessibility, and device responsiveness for mobile and desktop scenarios.

- Data analysis - Analyze project management systems to identify and document agreed to processes and recommend continuous process improvements for review with senior leadership to guide their decision making.
- Project Management Reports - In partnership with the project manager and project leaders, develop project reports to be delivered to senior leadership. Collaborate to develop KPIs; produce associated reports. Design, develop and produce overall PMO reports as required.
- Evaluate and make continuous improvement recommendations on processes. Collaborate on new PM technology and where applicable lead implementation.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 6+ years Project Management and/or Business Analysis/Project Support experience
- Exceptionally thorough, meticulous and with great attention to detail for project management system data entry and update
- Familiarity with Project Management and Professional Services Management Tools and methodologies, specifically BQE.
- Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem specifically SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot
