Senior Project Manager

Base Salary: USD $100,000 to $125,000 Industry: Construction & Trades Job Category: General Management Summary: A leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a professional to drive profitable growth through strong client relationships and expert project execution.

This role combines business development and high-level project management.

Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout.

Maintain and grow key client accounts.

Generate $3–5M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships.

Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability.

Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication.

Requirements: 8–10 years of commercial flooring or related construction PM experience.

Proven business development success.

Strong financial and contract management skills.

Established network with GCs, property managers, and commercial clients.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
