Job Description
We are having exciting opportunity for an Project Implementation Supervisor II role based in Louisville, KY (Onsite). This is a 10-month contract to start, with potential for extension depending on business needs.
We are looking for experienced professionals who have a strong background in project management and large-scale implementation projects, particularly on the business side (not IT-focused).

Role Overview:
In this role, you will support mid to large-scale migration projects, including multi-site implementations involving multiple products and services. You’ll work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and successful customer migrations.
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing implementation plans and schedules
- Leading project meetings and tracking action items
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Driving user acceptance training and communication
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and reporting
