Roswell, GA 1 day ago
Company Description

Established in 2013, Roof Authority is a veteran-owned roofing company serving the Metro Atlanta area. Founded by a United States Marine, our operations are built on discipline, preparation, accountability, and an exacting attention to detail. We approach every roofing project as a highly detailed system, emphasizing true expertise and quality over aggressive sales tactics.

Fully licensed and insured, we specialize in complex metal roofing systems, specialty materials, high-end asphalt systems, and strategic partnerships with custom home builders to ensure long-lasting quality and precision. Our motto is simple:Β Roof Authority is roofing done by roofers… not salesmen.Β We are looking for dedicated professionals who align with this consultative, expert-first approach to join our team.

Acting as a true project consultant, you will work closely with our technical team to align customer needs with the right roofing solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting detailed project estimates, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with our internal Project Management Office (PMO). • Tech-Savvy:Β Proficiency in using sales software tools and CRM platforms.
  • Driven:Β A highly motivated self-starter with the discipline to manage a local territory and thrive in an independent, field-based environment.

Roofing Sales Specialist (Lowe's Independent Contractor Program)

Are you a natural-born closer who’s tired of chasing cold leads that go nowhere? We are RCB Roofing, a premier roofing contractor, and Lowe's largest Roofing service provider in the country.

Company Overview

RCB Roofing is a regional roofing contractor actively growing our presence in the Nashville and Memphis markets. We are family owned and have been in business for over 20 years. If the experience alone didn't provide the credibility, the backing of a nationally know Fortune 50 company does.

The Role

We are looking to hire a disciplined, self starter to manage and grow these territories. This is a dual-responsibility role focusing on High-Volume Sales and On-Site Project Coordination. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycleβ€”from initial lead contact to the final inspectionβ€”while serving as the primary point of communication for the homeowner.

  • Lead Management: Respond to and vet "hot leads" generated through the Lowe’s pipeline. You are responsible for setting the initial appointment and conducting the site assessment.

  • Lowe's Store Engagement: Lowe's provides us with leads, and we need to partner with the stores to provide their associates with the information they need to generate quality instead of quantity.

  • Business Development: Actively generate additional revenue through local networking, community engagement, and direct-to-home canvassing in targeted expansion zones.

  • Inspections & Estimating: Utilize company-provided software and physical inspections (including ladder assists) to document roof damage and provide accurate estimates.

  • Project Management: While a production team handles the labor, the Sales Associate is required to be on-site on the day of installation to manage customer expectations and provide quality control.

  • Administrative Diligence: Maintain accurate records within the company CRM to ensure seamless communication between the customer, the Lowe’s portal, and our production office.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment or a background in entrepreneurship.

  • Self-Management: Must be a self-starter capable of managing a high-volume calendar without daily on-site supervision.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize roofing-specific software, measurement tools, and CRM platforms.

  • Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting a ladder and visiting job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Uncapped Commission: 100% commission-based structure with high earning potential based on volume and margin.

  • Install Per-Diem: Fixed daily pay for on-site project management during the day of installation.

  • Training & Support: Full technical and sales training provided; no prior roofing knowledge is required for the right candidate.

ο»Ώ

  • Resource Kit: Access to all necessary sales tools, software licenses, and branded marketing materials.

Locations: Nashville, TN | Jackson, TN

Position Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: Commission + Per-Diem for Install Oversight.
