MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager to join our team in Spring Lake, NC.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees planning, staffing, R&D efforts, and budgetary matters to ensure timely delivery of contractual commitments to the government
Manages all aspects of a major GPO contract to include leadership, technical performance, personnel and financial performance
Organizes and oversees technical performance and RDT&E on the contract to ensure delivery of all required deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study related to technology or management
Ten (10) or more years of operational and institutional experience in conducting or training physical surveillance in support of SOF or federal law enforcement.
Five (5) or more years of operational experience Managing Network Operations within SOF or Special Missions Units (SMUs) in the USSOCOM or the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Also operational experience conducting testing and employment of deployable communications in direct support of military operations.
Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in a special operations career management field, served in an assignment with direct support to joint special operations.
Three (3) or more years of experience working within the USSOCOM IT networks and experience with low-visibility communications and digital encryption techniques and practices.
Experience serving under JSOC within the past 3 years

A Brief Overview:
The SANE cares for sexual assault Adult/Adolescent survivors while independently performing the medical forensic exams, head to toe nursing assessments, detailed anogenital examination, forensic specimen collection with supportive documentation, and forensic photographic documentation. The SANE must provide timely, non-judgmental, compassionate care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department or hospitalized on an inpatient unit. They will work closely with Emergency Room Physicians, survivor advocates, law enforcement, criminal justice officials and civil attorneys.
This is a per diem position with expectation for commitment to be on call for 48 hours a month and must be able to respond within an hour of being called.
What you will do:
- Performs duties of SANE with knowledge of forensic collection, STIs, medication and vicarious trauma towards the survivor.
- Attends SANE meetings for peer/chart review and information dissemination to ensure compliance and standards according to the Professional Forensic Scopes and Standard Practices, SASETA, and the Illinois Nurse Practice Act.
- Works collaboratively with the Swedish Hospital Emergency Department, Violence Prevention Program, Illinois State and Chicago Police Departments, Resilience, and the Illinois SANE Coordinator.
- Attends courtroom proceedings related to Swedish Hospital sexual assault cases.
What you will need:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Successful completion and certification of AA SANE training through the Office of the Illinois Attorney General or certification is approved by the Office of the Illinois Attorney General SANE Coordinator.
- Prior experience in forensic nursing preferred.
- Pass computer literacy for Epic or attend training after hire.

Operate programs within defined budgets, adhere to university policies, and support fundraising efforts as required.
Implementation & Quality Control:
Recruit, supervise, and coach program facilitators and operational staff.
Provide on-site logistical support at large events and programs throughout the community.
Coordinate with appropriate internal offices for event approvals and processing.
Evaluation & Data Analytics:
Implement feedback systems to monitor satisfaction and efficacy; identify obstacles and propose strategic adjustments.

Overview
We are seeking a senior litigation associate to join our San Francisco office. Our practice combines sophisticated commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and public law challenges across a diverse nationwide client base. This role is well suited for an attorney trained in a leading law firm or government practice who is seeking greater responsibility, direct client engagement, and meaningful participation in complex, high-impact disputes, with close collaboration and mentorship from experienced partners. Associates in our San Francisco office work closely with partners on significant matters from inception through resolution and are expected to assume substantial responsibility as their experience develops.
The Practice
Our litigation practice spans commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement, and public law matters affecting businesses and organizations across industries. The associate will support — and, as appropriate, take lead responsibility in — matters that include:
- Commercial and corporate litigation, including contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and business tort matters
- Partnership, shareholder, and governance disputes
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement actions at the state and federal level
- Administrative proceedings and writ petitions challenging agency action
- Appellate matters and pre-litigation strategic counseling
Matters frequently involve expedited proceedings, requests for injunctive relief, parallel regulatory exposure, and substantial financial or operational stakes for clients. Associates work on lean teams and play visible roles in significant matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases and discrete litigation components with increasing independence
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs
- Conduct and oversee written discovery and motion practice
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions
- Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development
- Develop legal analysis across evolving statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators
- Assume ownership of key workstreams and contribute to efficient case management
Associates will have opportunities for meaningful stand-up experience and direct client interaction commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court
- Training at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred
- Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Sound professional judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Interest in both commercial litigation and regulatory/public law matters, including attorneys seeking to broaden their practice into these areas
- Active membership in the California Bar, or ability to obtain admission promptly
- Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus
