The 5-Axis CNC Programmer is responsible for developing and optimizing complex CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, advanced knowledge of machining techniques, and proficiency in using CAD/CAM software to produce high-precision parts and components. Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development:
  • Create and modify CNC programs for 5-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Develop detailed setup instructions and tooling specifications for machining processes.
  • Optimize existing programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance part quality.
• Machine Setup and Operation:
  • Set up and configure 5-axis CNC machines, including loading and aligning workpieces and tooling.
  • Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining processes, tooling, or program errors.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Utilize knowledge of materials, cutting tools, and machine capabilities to select appropriate machining parameters.
  • Monitor and inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications, making adjustments as needed.

• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and production staff to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and other team members as required.
  • Document and communicate program changes, setup procedures, and any deviations from standard practices.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to quality control procedures and standards to ensure high-precision output.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to maintain optimal performance.
  • Review and interpret measurement reports to ensure parts meet tolerance and quality requirements.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming or machining preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a CNC programmer with a strong focus on 5-axis machining centers.

SENIOR STATISTICAL PROGRAMMER

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to independently develop SAS programs and specifications (SDTM, ADaM), for use in study or other analyses
• Experience with data integration used for clinical summaries and/or creation and quality control of statistical submission components to regulatory agencies
• Experience creating and maintaining listings, tabulations, graphical summaries, and formal statistical estimates and tests.
• Excellent understanding and review of CRFs/CRF specs, protocols, etc.

TRUMPF CNC Punch Press Programmer

As the TRUMPF CNC Punch Press Programmer, you will be responsible for preparing Top Assembly, detailed technical component drawings and weldments. These drawings will be used by production personnel. Additionally, this position will interact with welding Technicians and Assembly personnel to discuss project specifications and product adjustments. Responsibilities include new and revised product design using Solid Works, AutoCAD Programs. This position requires knowledge of bill of materials (BOM). The Engineering Support Technician will report directly to the Operations Manager, who may assign other duties as required.

Major Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering layouts/drawings of the assemblies, processes and parts to be manufactured, and production of 3-D modeling (from concept to manufacturing stage)

CMM Programmer / PCDMIS Programmer

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Description

Program complex aerospace parts utilizing advanced PCDMIS methods. This programming process entails programming offline to a CAD model, debug on CMM, perform repeat study, perform independent validation and implement into shop. The ability to read complex drawings, interpret GD&T and build the program utilizing the CAD model is required. Some travel to NC and other sites for program implementation is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate Shima Seiki knitting machines to develop samples and functional prototypes for wearable devices.
• Produce a range of outputs—from coupon-level test samples to fully integrated knit prototypes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all programmed runs, including machine settings, yarn specs, and outcomes.
