Nutra Blend is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.
The Production Operator is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality final products. There are a variety of sub-classifications within the Operator job family that could range in specific duties from receiving and handling the raw materials, adding value through a variety of proprietary processes, to packaging the final product. In all stages of production safety, attention to detail, a quality and sanitation focus, and efficiency are key to the success of the operation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 6 plus months of manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills

About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 years. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site. This facility is a Unionized location. Production Technician II - Williamson, NY
The Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. This includes safely maintaining, repairing, replacing and assisting in modifying all processing, packaging, and facility equipment in accordance with on-line quality and Best Practice procedures.

Job Summary:The Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. - Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed
- Serve as liaison to other groups, product lines and/or functional areas to ensure products are built, assembled, and/or tested within appropriate parameters
- Review the daily allocation of resources in order to drive production schedule to meet established customer requirements
- Make staffing decisions in accordance with human resource procedures to build and grow the team to meet the needs of the business
- Develop, coach, and mentor employees through the use of performance planning to drive employee and business growth

- Provide input to and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to define and modify manufacturing instructions

Salary range: $103,209.60 to $133,785.60. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.

The Production Associate will be tasked to package, assemble and label products. They will work closely with the quality control department to perform a variety of tasks in support of cannabis production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed.
- Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery.
- Prepares, inspects, or measures raw materials.
- Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work.
- Packages, stores, and ships completed goods.
- Handles cannabis product.
- Tag and label merchandise with accuracy.
- Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
- Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Adherence to safety and quality regulations within the workplace.
- Recognize and accurately report problems.
- Follow all cGMP and PPE protocols.
- Execute routine validation protocols.
- May perform activities that include periods of rigorous, repetitive work.
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
- May operate filling and labeling machines.
- Maintain acceptable attendance record and promptness to work and within assigned workstation; reliable, strong work ethic.
- Must be accurate and precise.
- Assists other employees in accomplishing company goals.
- Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
- Participates in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by your manager.

- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Day Shift: 6AM-3PM M-F
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
