An client is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise hourly skilled trades electrical/mechanical in a body shop. Will host a start up meeting, will be on the floor all day ensuring production lines are maintained and responding to breakdowns to keep the lines moving. Will manage the team from a safety, quality, payroll and other people management responsibilities. Will oversee a team of 15 skilled trades in maintenance. Will work closely with the production team and other group leads including engineering to ensure the lines are running correctly.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree
  • 5 years of maintenance manufacturing background
  • 1-3 years of people leadership/supervisory experience
  • Need to be able to build relationships with strong soft skills
