LHH is partnering with a well-established U.S.-based textile and cut & sew manufacturer to identify a Textile Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the production floor and enjoys building strong, accountable teams.

This role will oversee daily manufacturing operations within a cut & sew environment, with responsibility for production output, quality, scheduling, and team leadership. The Production Manager will work closely with design, pattern making, and technical partners to ensure smooth execution from development through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations in a cut & sew textile manufacturing environment
• Manage, coach, and develop production staff to meet efficiency, quality, and delivery goals
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure quality standards are met across materials, construction, and finished goods
• Act as a bridge between leadership and the production floor, ensuring clear communication

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing textile or apparel production, preferably in cut & sew manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing workflows
• Bilingual Spanish / English required
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation

• $85,000 – $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Competitive benefits package

• Onsite role – Philadelphia, PA area
