Responsibilities
- Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
- Performs standard vehicle maintenance
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
- Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision
- Replaces defective components as instructed
- Works unsupervised on most tasks

- Resource Allocation: Identify necessary skillsets and time investments required to achieve program goals, working with the Director of Engineering to ensure proper team staffing.
Technical Leadership & Execution:
- Engineering Oversight: Manage a team of software developers as well as directly contribute to design, write, and test code in relevant languages (ex. C, C++, Java, Python) while maintaining high standards for code reviews and merge requests.
- Testing and Verification Leadership: Oversee the team's testing and verification strategy, including defining and enforcing quality gates, ensuring comprehensive unit, integration, and system testing, and validating that all delivered software meets the highest standards for performance, security, and customer-defined requirements.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Quality Assurance Analyst II on our AMA Insurance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst II, you will be responsible for executing quality assurance activities
throughout the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on designing and
executing test plans, validating functional requirements, identifying defects, and
collaborating with internal teams to support successful deployment of reliable
software. This role ensures software meets defined technical specifications and
business requirements through established QA processes and testing practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test Planning and Test Case Development
- Define testing scope by developing comprehensive test
plans - Ensure project timelines for testing are adhered to
- Create detailed, reusable test cases and scripts
- Ensure test cases cover all functional, performance
and security scenarios
Test Execution, Validation, Regression Testing and Defect Management
- Executes manual and
automated testing to ensure all functional requirements are successfully
processed - Re-test existing
features after new code is added to ensure no new defects were introduced - Identify, document, and track software bugs. Collaborate with development team to resolve
issues
Release Readiness and Collaboration
- Conduct smoke testing to validate release readiness
- Provide testing results, risk assessments, and
recommendations to stakeholders to support release decisions - Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint
planning and code reviews - Provide feedback on testability and potential risks
early in the cycle

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required

Position Summary
The Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting structured test drives of new or serviced tractors to evaluate operational performance, safety, and overall product quality. This role identifies, documents, and communicates mechanical, functional, and quality-related issues observed during dynamic testing. The position collaborates closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Service teams to support root cause analysis and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standardized and ad-hoc test drives of tractors on various terrains including paved surfaces, gravel tracks, fields, and slopes under varying load conditions and speeds.
- Evaluate and validate performance of critical systems including engine, transmission, PTO, hydraulics, steering, braking systems, 3-point hitch, auxiliary circuits, and implements.
- Identify and document issues related to NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), drivetrain irregularities, hydraulic lag or oscillation, steering drift, brake fade, electrical faults, sensor anomalies, and operator interface (HMI) defects.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections for leaks, loose components, misalignment, abnormal wear, sharp edges, fit and finish defects, and paint or coating issues.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools or data acquisition systems to verify CAN bus communication, read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and capture operational data logs.
- Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
- Support root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions based on test results.
- Perform pre-operation safety inspections including checks of tires, fluid levels, lights, horn, ROPS, and seat belts.
- Recommend improvements to product design, assembly processes, and testing procedures based on operational observations.
- Follow all safety protocols and testing procedures during equipment operation and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Agricultural Equipment Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractors or heavy/mobile equipment in agricultural, construction, industrial, testing, or service environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate tractors with manual and hydrostatic transmissions.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, powertrain systems, and electrical systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Scientist II to join our In Vivo Antibody Discovery and Molecular Core team in Worcester, MA. This is a newly created role driven by increased workload, supporting a team of six scientists.
This R&D-focused position centers on high-throughput next generation sequencing (NGS), primarily working with human cells. The role involves upstream processing, including working with primary cells (p cells), DNA extraction, sequencing preparation, and data analysis, with results shared with downstream scientists.
Key Responsibilities
Experimental Design & Execution
- Independently design, execute, and interpret experiments utilizing microfluidics to amplify heavy and light chain genes and generate DNA libraries for deep sequencing of single B cells captured in droplet emulsions
- Understand project objectives and adapt experimental plans as needed while meeting timelines
Molecular Techniques
- Perform RNA isolation and DNA purification
- Amplify antibody heavy- and light-chain variable regions from single cells or lysates
- Prepare and submit DNA libraries for next generation sequencing (MiSeq/MiSeq i100)
Bioinformatics & Data Analysis
- Conduct sequencing data analysis of cells
- Perform in silico antibody genetic analysis and data visualization using standard and custom bioinformatics tools
- Utilize coding/data analysis at a basic to intermediate level (preferred)
Collaboration
- Present and discuss experimental findings with cross-functional teams
- Support multiple programs across the in vivo antibody discovery portfolio
