Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test.   • 5 years of maintenance manufacturing background
  • 1-3 years of people leadership/supervisory experience
  • Need to be able to build relationships with strong soft skills
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Open to 3 shifts 1st 5:30 -3 PM, 2nd 3:30-1 AM or 3rd 9:30 PM - 7 AM Will train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks Work every other weekend
