Listing Management Assistant

Ramblei is YD Fortune's full-service short-term rental brand. We handle everything for homeowners — interior design, staging, professional photography, listing creation, dynamic pricing, platform management, 24/7 guest support, cleaning, maintenance, and licensing. We're building something ambitious, and we want driven people to grow with us.

No prior STR experience required — we provide full training. If you are organized, tech-comfortable, a strong communicator, and genuinely care about delivering a great guest experience, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Listing Management

• Maintain property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, , and other platforms.
• Write clear, engaging listing titles, descriptions, house rules, and check-in instructions.
• Coordinate listing updates when property features, pricing strategy, or guest policies change.
• Monitor listing quality and help improve conversion rates based on guest feedback and platform data.
• Support calendar management, booking restrictions, and reservation-related adjustments.

Guest Relations & Complex Support

• Support our five full-time CSRs by handling complex guest cases they escalate to you.
• Resolve reservation issues, special requests, complaints, refund situations, and platform disputes.
• Communicate with homeowners in a calm, professional, and on-brand voice during sensitive situations.
• Document escalated cases and follow-up actions clearly so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Spot patterns in guest complaints or listing confusion and suggest improvements to listings or workflows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong communicator — clear, warm, and professional in writing.
• Detail-oriented: you catch errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before they cause problems.
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and digital tools simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure — you don't panic when a guest is upset, you solve the problem.
• A team player who proactively shares information and supports the people around them.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, , Hostaway or similar tools is a plus — not required.
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a strong plus.
