The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving Laguna's wholesale growth across an assigned geographic region through proactive dealer engagement, field activation, merchandising, product training, and disciplined commercial execution of classic woodworking and metalworking tools and equipment. This is a quota-carrying role accountable for achieving annual regional revenue targets, increasing year-over-year sell-through, expanding Laguna's dealer footprint, and strengthening strategic dealer relationships. Responsibilities:

Here's what you'll be doing

* Engage with families interested in a Cubby Bed with a focus on outbound outreach to new leads, averaging 60-80 dials per day.
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to discuss the product in-depth with families, explaining how each feature benefits specific diagnoses and addressing any initial questions or concerns.
* Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve any challenges that arise during the early stages of the insurance process, providing feedback to enhance the Cubby experience.
* Consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs focused on tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound lead outreach and initial support efforts.
* Support the sales process by maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce and managing follow-up through defined handoff points, ensuring timely and well-documented transitions to internal teams or external supplier partners.

You will take radiographs (x-rays) of patients which will assist physicians in diagnoses and treatment and perform procedures accurately and in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Radiology Tech, or X-Ray Tech, may include:
- You will possess sound and thorough knowledge of all diagnostic radiographic procedures and related equipment including surgical, portable, trauma, general and fluoroscopic radiographic procedures.
- You will obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images assuring only optimal images are submitted for interpretation utilizing appropriate lead markers as well as date and time stickers where indicated

- You will prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices indicated.

- You will maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist.

Qualifications:
- 2-year or Associate degree
- Valid ARRT credentials
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
- Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Summary:
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The staff therapist participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.
