THE PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives. - Engage with key stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, convert critical business requirements into actionable items, and document the details within Confluence and JIRA
- Communicate effectively with the project and development teams to outline stakeholder expectations in a clear and timely manner

YOU ARE:
You bring a strong combination of e-commerce expertise and technical acumen with exceptional communication skills. You have strong ecommerce and mobile app knowledge and are able to work independently or collaborate with cross-functional partners at various levels throughout the organization. You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can effectively communicate across all levels---users, management, vendors, and both business and technical stakeholders. You have the ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC and Agile ceremonies. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems (or equivalent) required
- 5+ years of experience in various ecommerce platforms such as Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, Magento, Shopify, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in prioritizing, planning, delivering, and supporting ecommerce applications, interfaces, vendor-based applications, and systems upgrades

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. THE PURPOSE:
The Manager, Technical Design - Denim leads the technical design process for denim, ensuring products meet the brand’s fit, construction, and quality standards from concept through production. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in technical design or garment development, within denim or similar categories
- Strong understanding of denim fabrics, washes, finishes, and garment construction techniques
- Experience managing technical design timelines and coordinating cross-functional development processes
- Proficiency with technical design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or Techpacker
- Experience working with global vendors and factories across the production lifecycle
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $150,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Launch
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of new product launches from concept through market introduction.

The Account Manager – Customer Growth & Retention plays a dual role:

- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including MDM services, accessories, buyback programs, and enhanced lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to prepare quotes, renewals, and proposals.
- Track upsell and cross-sell performance metrics and report on monthly growth outcomes.
- Support annual planning, budget cycles, and device refresh discussions to position ConnectUs for continued expansion within each client.
Dormant Account Re-Engagement
- Maintain a proactive outreach list of 10–20 existing customers who have not purchased within 60+ days.
- Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage these customers, share relevant service updates, and present new offerings.
- Identify reasons for inactivity and propose tailored solutions that address current pain points or budget considerations.
- Document all interactions and next steps in CRM (Copper/HubSpot) for visibility and accountability.
Service Delivery & Issue Resolution
- Oversee the performance of ConnectUs services across fulfillment, help desk, and repair workflows.
- Act as a client advocate and escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with cross-functional support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and reporting.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular reports on account activity, growth opportunities, and re-engagement progress.
- Analyze trends in order volume, service usage, and renewal likelihood to inform targeted outreach strategies.
- Deliver insights that help customers reduce costs and optimize device operations.
