SALARY RANGE FOR RESTAURANT MANAGER: $82,500 - 101,000 annual base salary

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. JOB PURPOSE:

The Restaurant Manager works by leading the food runners and bussers, ensuring dining room flow, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. They help maintain operational excellence and reinforce company values at every touchpoint.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee table turnover, dining room cleanliness, and the efficient delivery of food to guests, maintaining our brand promise of a seamless guest experience.
  • Train, coach, and develop bussers and runners, instilling a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and service pride
  • Communicate clear role expectations, monitor execution, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable to brand standards.
  • Manage labor efficiency for bussing and food running teams while ensuring proper staffing during peak times.
  • Assist with managing cleaning supplies and service tools essential for efficient FOH operations


JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RESTAURANT MANAGER:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of restaurant experience in casual or upscale casual dining
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs
  • Hot and cold temperature exposure


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of restaurant lead or supervisory experience preferred

Role Overview:


Operation Manager is responsible for maintaining the stockroom at all times, ensuring that it is organized in a way that makes the selling process seamless and efficient. The Operations Manager ensures the efficient management of Consignment Business, RTV’s, transfers, as well as receiving shipment and inventory and the overall efficiency of the store.


As a Operations Manager you will support both the back of house and front of house operational functions. Front of house you will flex between greeter, runner, cashier, phone answering, and whatever else the store requires during peak and slow seasons. Your role is to support an efficient product flow as well as a best-in-class customer service experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising sales floor using ladders or stairs
  • High School Diploma or GED required


Physical Requirements:


  • Regularly stand and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull merchandise and equipment weighing up to 15 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or stairs while handling merchandise or performing stockroom duties.
  • Safely operate stockroom equipment and tools.
  • Perform tasks such as unpacking shipments, steaming garments, organizing inventory, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Work in both sales floor and stockroom environments, which may include varying temperatures and limited space.
