About the Role
Copper Compression is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to own end-to-end inventory planning, purchasing, and replenishment across all sales channels. This role is the operational backbone of our business—responsible for ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time across Amazon, Walmart, CVS, and other Food, Drug, and Mass channels, as well as our DTC channel.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position. You will work directly with the President, VP of Digital Commerce, VP of Wholesale Sales, and our Controller. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, consistent, collaborative, and takes pride in getting things right before being asked.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Build, maintain, and continuously refine demand forecasts by SKU across all channels, incorporating historical sales data, promotional calendars, seasonal trends, and retailer-specific inputs.
• Develop channel-specific demand plans for Amazon (US FBA), Walmart (replenishment), CVS, Menards, off-price (TJX/Marshalls), Wegmans, Harris Teeter, and Publix.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to integrate new product launches, promotional events, and retailer commitments into the demand plan.
• Proactively flag demand signals, risks, and variances—surface issues before they become problems.
Supply Planning & Purchasing
• Manage purchase orders and replenishment timelines across domestic and international suppliers.
• Maintain and optimize reorder points, safety stock levels, and lead time assumptions by SKU and channel.
• Coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses, 3PL partners, and retailer distribution centers.
• Track open POs, shipment statuses, and landed cost inputs; escalate delays or issues immediately.
Amazon FBA & Marketplace Operations
• Own Amazon FBA inventory health: manage inbound shipping plans, monitor IPI scores, track stranded inventory, and ensure replenishment cadence meets velocity.
• Navigate Amazon’s restock limits, storage fees, and policy changes (e.g., barcode/commingling requirements, MCF shipments).
• Work closely with the VP of Digital Commerce on FBA operational execution and troubleshooting.
Multi-Channel Inventory Management
• Maintain a consolidated inventory position across all channels and warehouse locations.
• Allocate inventory strategically based on channel priority, margin profile, and retailer fill-rate requirements.
• Manage retailer-specific replenishment programs (EDI, vendor portals, manual PO workflows).
• Produce weekly inventory and sales reporting by channel—delivered consistently, on time, without being asked.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Deliver daily/weekly sales and inventory reports to leadership, organized by channel and product category.
• Provide clear, structured data to Finance for cost analysis, margin tracking, and cash flow planning.
• Collaborate with Product on new item setup, packaging timelines, and initial inventory builds.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations—ensuring everyone is working from the same numbers.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in supply/demand planning, inventory management, or purchasing for a multi-channel consumer products business.
• Deep Amazon FBA expertise: hands-on experience with FBA inbound workflows, restock limits, IPI management, shipment plans, and Seller Central operations.
• Multi-channel retail experience: proven track record managing inventory and replenishment for national retailers (grocery, mass, drug, off-price).
• ERP proficiency: experience working in an ERP system (Fulfil, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) for purchasing, inventory, and order management.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modeling, and scenario analysis are second nature.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and translating insights into action.
• Excellent communication: ability to work across departments and communicate clearly with leadership, sales, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Training will be held in-office for the first 8 weeks and attendance is 100% mandatory. Training will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm and the working shift after completing training will most likely be Monday - Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm.
Acquire and apply basic knowledge of auto coverages. auto physical damage, and liability, in order to evaluate and settle high volume and low complexity auto claims such as; Resolve claims through proactive problem solving and decision making, within authority guidelines and under direct supervision, while overcoming obstacles, and effectively prioritizing the workload.
Clearly document thought process including damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
Collaborate and set expectations with external and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution.
Support members, business partners, and claimants, through use of varying communication channels to include utilization of digital tools to drive timely and effective resolutions through exceptional service.
Acquire and apply a foundational knowledge of Property and Claims (P&C) insurance industry products, and services, to include P&C insurance policy contracts, coverages and internal claims handling process and procedures.
Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including potential evening, weekends, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

The Position
The Vice President of Colleague and Labor Relations serves as a strategic executive leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive employee and labor relations strategies across a $15 billion healthcare organization. This role provides enterprise-wide leadership in proactively managing labor relations, including the strategic administration of existing collective bargaining agreements, while implementing evidence-based initiatives to foster positive employee relations, balancing employee advocacy with organizational objectives and maintain union-free status in non-represented facilities. A critical focus of this position is the design, implementation, and oversight of a centralized Colleague Relations Center of Expertise (COE) that delivers consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee relations support through a team of specialized practitioners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Colleague Relations Center of Expertise Leadership: Design, build, and lead a centralized Colleague Relations COE staffed with specialized practitioners who provide standardized consultation, case management, and advisory services to key stakeholders, colleagues and leaders, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of policies across all facilities.
- Labor Relations Strategy and Contract Administration: Oversees all collective bargaining activities, contract negotiations, and union relationships. Serves as chief negotiator or strategic advisor during labor negotiations. Develop and execute a comprehensive labor relations strategy that includes proactive management of existing collective bargaining agreements, strategic preparation for contract negotiations, grievance resolution processes, and arbitration management while maintaining collaborative relationships with union leadership. Monitors labor law developments and ensure organizational compliance with all applicable regulations in collaboration with Jefferson's legal department.
- Union Avoidance and Positive Colleague Relations: Build and directs the colleague relations function including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Establishes frameworks for addressing colleague concerns, complaints, and performance issues consistently and fairly. Develops programs to improve colleague satisfaction, reduce turnover, and strength manager-colleague relationships. Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to maintain union-free status in non-represented facilities through proactive colleague engagement strategies, vulnerability assessments, leadership training, early warning systems, and programs that address colleague concerns before they escalate.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Establish and maintain enterprise-wide colleague relations policies, ensuring alignment with federal, state and local labor laws (including NLRA, FLSA, Title VII, ADA, and FMLA), regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards while providing expert guidance on complex employment matters and emerging legal trends.
- Investigations and Risk Mitigation: Identifies and mitigates employment-related risks. Oversee standardized investigation protocols for colleague complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation, appropriate corrective actions, and mitigation of organizational risk and liability. Partners with legal counsel on complex matters and litigation management.
- Leadership Development and Training: Builds and leads a high-performing colleague and labor relations team. Provides coaching and guidance to HR business partners and managers with the best practices for colleague relations. Design and deploy comprehensive training programs for leaders at all levels on positive employee relations practices, labor law fundamentals, union awareness, effective communication, and conflict resolution to build organizational capability.
- Analytics and Reporting: Establish robust metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor employee relations trends, case volumes, resolution outcomes, and labor relations health indicators, translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Executive Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, C-suite executives, and Board of Directors on colleague and labor relations matters, representing the organization in external forums and maintaining relationships with legal counsel, regulatory agencies, and industry peers.

LoanPro’s Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for selling our cutting-edge loan management software to enterprise-level clients. The EAE will primarily focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. The EAE will be responsible for the continuation of revenue growth for LoanPro. EAEs should be a specialist in LoanPro products and services in order to clearly communicate product value to customers and prospects. What you’ll need for success:
