Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments used in the OR and Pain Center. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts professionally with patients and family.
- Provides patient with explanations and verbal reassurance, as necessary.
- Notifies appropriate licensed personnel when patient complains of pain.
- Adapts procedures to meet individual needs of infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for treatment.

Campus Services is a business unit within the division of Student Engagement and Well-Being. Campus Services is comprised of five departments providing services and support to students, faculty, staff, and visitors of Georgia Tech. Job Summary
Provide executive level administrative services for one or more executive positions. Efforts include event planning, scheduling, briefings, and presentation preparation and facilitating visits to and communications with the AVP's office.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Coordinate scheduling for AVP with senior level campus administration, external stakeholders, and other executives; maintain calendar.

Coordinate travel arrangements including processing of travel authorizations.

Plan, organize and lead implementation of special events and visits.
Job Duty 4 -
Research and develop materials in preparation for corporate visits, conferences, meetings, etc.

May oversee monitoring of budget and purchasing activity.

Maintain, update and monitor departmental files, databases, records and resource information.

Develop special presentations as directed by the AVP.

Position requires the ability to pass a drug/alcohol pre-screening; may require working competently with dangerous materials and in a dangerous environment, such as around or on rotating machinery, live electrical circuits, hazardous materials, high-pressure liquids and gas, and bot surfaces. In addition, it may require lifting heavy objects of up to 75 pounds, and working in confined spaces, noisy environments, and elevated locations (such as climbing extension ladder and other types of ladders; or using scaffolding) either inside or outside of a building. During adverse weather, activities may require extensive after hours work or callback. Pharmacy Technicians, under the supervision of a license pharmacist, assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department. Pharmacy Technicians assist the pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Maintenance & Safety Tech - Per Diem - Mixed shifts
You can make a difference as a Maintenance & Safety Tech (Security guard) in our beautiful senior living community, where our residents feel like family. The Glen's 45-acre campus includes 102 Independent Living apartments, 18 Independent cottages, 42 Assisted Living apartments, and a 30-bed new memory care building.
Position Summary: Maintain a peaceful and secure community environment for our residents and staff. Security and maintenance duties included:
- Patrol building for resident safety and equipment checks.
- First responder to, and investigate complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, or incidents and promptly report to the management, law enforcement officials, or emergency/rescue personnel as is appropriate.
- Light maintenance as needed – salt and shovel walkways for safety during ice & snow, respond to plumbing issues in maintenance off hours, light bulbs, etc.
- Resident services as needed such as package delivery, valet vehicles, etc.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements: 2 years' experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License required. NYS Security license preferred (The Glen will pay for Security license if needed).
Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Position Summary: Maintain a peaceful and secure community environment for our residents and staff. Security and maintenance duties included:
- Patrol building for resident safety and equipment checks.
- First responder to, and investigate complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, or incidents and promptly report to the management, law enforcement officials, or emergency/rescue personnel as is appropriate.
- Light maintenance as needed – salt and shovel walkways for safety during ice & snow, respond to plumbing issues in maintenance off hours, light bulbs, etc.
- Resident services as needed such as package delivery, valet vehicles, etc.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
Experience Requirements: 2 years' experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License required. NYS Security license preferred (The Glen will pay for Security license if needed).
Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Job Duties:
- Open envelopes and boxes with promotion submissions
- Count blister cards and review receipts for compliance
- Enter cases into Salesforce and CATS
- Place orders for the Hot Wheels cars
- Review orders
- Send emails to consumers
- Support warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalency required.
- Experience in Call Center / Warehouse environment.
- Exemplary attendance and job performance.
