SUMMARY:
The Site Security Manager (SSM) serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security team that includes administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel at a client’s datacenter. The SSM is responsible for building a cohesive and high performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), the SSM works alongside other security team managers in their campus to ensure a safe and secure environment. Additional job functions may include client service and problem resolution, service enhancement, Security Operations Center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Actively manages site security personnel; partners with the local branch to recruit and hire, oversee onboarding, training, and development at the datacenter.
2. Coaches security personnel and carries out disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.
3. Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures, acting as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.
4. Ensures site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded; works with the CSM to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.
5. Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team.
6. Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.
7. Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology.
8. Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance.
9. Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures.
10. Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the CSM is unavailable.

Typical Duties:
- Provide unarmed security services on foot or by vehicle to perform customer service, fare inspection, and civil enforcement actions across the entire alignment.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information

Job Summary
The National Account Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
- Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions, meeting business goals and objectives for a national account across North America.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor, and manage their direct management team, along with the Security Officers in the assigned region
- Ensure subordinate supervisors understand and deliver orders, ensure sufficient resources are available to support and/or establish posts in a timely fashion, and are appropriately filled according to contract requirements and post orders
- Serve as Inter-Con’s National contract liaison with client representatives to ensure delivery of the highest quality of service within a limited turnaround time
- Oversee the training and operational employment of Account Managers, Field Supervisors and Security Officers
- Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times
- Keep the Senior Vice President of Operations apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
Other Requirements or Competencies
- Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint).
- An understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
- Understand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.
- A great communicator that gets the value of teamwork. Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo, ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.

- Must be able to travel up to 20% to all facilities in the Southern California and Nevada areas.
Education and Experience:

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
