Within assigned service area, provides Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service, to general and specialized diagnostic, therapeutic, and support medical equipment, such as anesthesia machines, sterilizers, ventilators, ultrasound, laser, laboratory, etc., as assigned by Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.
Position is eligible for travel to other nationwide Trinity Health sites as needed that are outside of normal location coverage. While on site at these locations the position will receive a significantly higher hourly rate. Travel will be voluntary.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Notifies equipment users and Clinical Engineering Management of repair status and delays as necessary.
Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.
Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost-effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.
Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.
Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Technician I as assigned by Clinical Engineering Management.
May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAssociates of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics, electronic technology or related field, including comparable military training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CBET certification preferred.

Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

US Farathane Orion is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk on our 1st and 3rd shift.
Shipping/Receiving Clerk assures the shipment of parts in an orderly fashion, so the shipments arrive on time and in good condition according to customer demands.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- All cartons containing parts are to be stored/shipped in good condition.
- Parts are to be prepared for shipment per the shipping schedule using FIFO and according to the individual customer packaging instructions. If parts are not available for shipment at the designated time, it must be brought to the immediate attention of the Warehouse Supervisor/Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.
- Transfer parts from warehouse to shipment staging. Ensure parts are scanned, wrapped and have master labels. Check dock codes as required per customer.
- All shipments are to be completed on a timely basis to ensure availability of commercial transport.
- Process shipments through the system to ensure timely advance shipping notification and record keeping.
- Once an ASN has been started, you must monitor the process until completion to ensure that no errors have occurred during the transmission.
- Scan labels for shipment.
- Review shippers. Verify through computer with pick list.
- Follow and enforce safety standards for the operation of the forklift trucks.
- Load/unload trucks, driving hilo's in a safe manner by maintaining safe driving speeds, having an acute awareness of all surroundings, stopping at all cross aisles.
- Anytime the larger returnables are stacked for transport from the production floor to the warehouse they are to be transported immediately and not left stacked unattended for any period of time.
- Verify quantities on incoming shipments. Acknowledge receipts with signature and date received. Complete packing list if none is included with shipment. Complete log-In sheet.
- Ensure dock lock procedure is followed.
- Ensure that the procedure is being followed for the Key Surrender Board and tires are chocked.
- Ensure CTPAT procedure is followed.
- Drive company vehicle required for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain lot number identification for customers requiring same.
- Label parts and shipments as directed by the shipping schedule.
- Repack, re label and re wrap as necessary
- Retrieve finished inventory that is put on hold. Re wrap and put away when released from hold. Arrange in orderly manner for Quality to sort.
- Replace racking, decking, nuts, and bolts as necessary.
- Keep counts on skids and returnables.
- Keep all areas of warehouse and docks clean, organized, and clear of debris and resin.
- Do monthly inventories as needed and verify numbers.
- Assist in training for new Shipping/Receiving Clerk and/or back up Shipping/Receiving Clerk.
- When using anything sharp, must wear cut gloves on both hands.
- Perform other duties as required for the safe, efficient operation of the Plant and its employees.
- Advise Supervisor or Manager whenever a short ship occurs prior to allowing truck to leave.
- Match returnable containers to documents on incoming trucks. Ensure accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Participate in 5-S and CI.

Job Description:
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Basic level systems knowledge.
- Performs goods receipts against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods.
- Prepares, verifies and packages goods for shipment. Creates shipping documents for outgoing carriers. Fedex, UPS, DHL etc.
- Restocks supplies, delivers goods to offices.
Must Haves:
Given the small size of our team, which consists of just three people, it's essential to have someone cover Juan's duties to ensure smooth operations. The responsibilities of the temporary replacement will include a variety of critical tasks:
- Packing and shipping both domestic and international QSRs, verifying quantities, MCNs, and necessary paperwork, and processing everything in Precision.
- Handling India Sales Orders by processing them in Corp Oracle, creating all required documents, and ensuring their shipment.
- Running picks for customer sales orders, packing, and shipping them, and generating all necessary paperwork.
- Monitoring emails and the shipping list for sales orders.
- Managing and creating purchase orders for onsite crating services, overseeing the crating of equipment, and handling shipping and related documentation.
- Providing tracking information for outgoing shipments and monitoring the locations of delivered packages.
- Facilitating and managing prepaid orders and vendor prepaid freight shipments.

Additionally, the temporary replacement will need to manage incoming deliveries and pickups:
- Capturing information and drivers' logs for all incoming deliveries and pickups.
- Maintaining, filing, and storing paperwork properly.
- Receiving and verifying deliveries from SP carriers and freight forwarders, noting any damages, and processing received packages in BEARTRACKS before routing them to end users.
- Monitoring the customer pickup rack, clearing, and delivering items to the office as needed, and prompting recipients to collect packages timely.
- Processing incoming EAG deliveries, emailing recipients, and routing them accordingly.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors and contractors for incoming freight and SP deliveries, routing them as needed.
- Processing and receiving PO inventory and non-inventory orders, verifying quantities and MCNs, and routing them appropriately.
- Receiving QESR orders, verifying quantities and part numbers, and routing them accordingly.
- Working closely with buyers on receipt amendments, damaged goods, reversals, and mis-deliveries.
- Handling blind receipts for drop-shipped items and managing the storage and notification process for Hazmat room items.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with packing and shipping smaller packages and accessories. This role focuses on preparing orders, packaging products, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack smaller products and accessories for customer orders
- Prepare packages for shipment using proper packing materials
- Print and apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for pickup
- Verify order accuracy before shipping
- Organize packed orders and stage them for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Assist with receiving and organizing smaller inventory items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization when needed
- Follow company procedures for packaging and shipping
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic familiarity with shipping labels or warehouse systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms
- Experience with inventory organization or warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills for order and shipping systems
Full-time position. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime depending on shipping volume.
