We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join our team of dedicated specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional pain management and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. You will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients suffering from acute and chronic pain, using a variety of interventional and regenerative modalities. Expansive community referral base, in addition to internal referrals from orthopedics, sports, and podiatry provides an excellent opportunity to easily develop a robust patient panel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history, physical examinations, diagnostic testing, and imaging review.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on interventional procedures and regenerative techniques.
- Perform a wide range of procedures including but not limited to:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Selective nerve root blocks
- Facet and medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablations
- Spinal cord stimulation trials/implants
- Joint and trigger point injections
- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy
- Monitor and reassess patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize pain relief and improve quality of life.
- Educate patients and families about their diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Requirements include:
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency and fellowship in Pain Medicine.
- Board certification/eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related specialties with a focus in Pain Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Connecticut (or ability to obtain).
- Strong procedural skills and experience with image-guided interventional techniques.
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist to provide clinical services at a community-based practice in Wyoming, MN. We are looking for an individual who will provide high-level patient-centered care aligning with the goals and objectives of the M Health Fairview organization.
Practice Highlights:
This Gastroenterologist will be an integral team member in the delivery of GI care, enjoying an established large referral base and a small practice feel with access to broader University of Minnesota academic resources.

Opportunity to collaborate with other Gastroenterology colleagues within the University of Minnesota, Gastroenterology Division.
On call responsibilities include coverage during the week and on weekends in rotation with the general surgeons. Call will not be rigorous and rare emergencies are shared with an existing group of physicians.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship training program.
Board certified with the ABIM in internal medicine and board eligible/certified in gastroenterology.
Licensed or ability to acquire a medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Schedule & Work Structure

· Day shift hospitalist coverage (7 AM – 5 PM) with APP’s managing first-call and after-hours cases handled by the on-call team, allowing for a predictable daytime schedule.
