Position Overview:
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) bedding brand seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Analyst to join our in-house team and drive our paid advertising and content optimization strategy. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in statistics, data analysis, analytics, or a related field, eager to apply their analytical skills to set up, create, and optimize ad campaigns while analyzing performance and content across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, Criteo, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond. No prior experience is required—just a passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to grow with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management:
- Set up and create PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, and retail partner platforms (Criteo, Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond)
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting settings, demographics, and ad creatives to maximize ROAS and conversions
- Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with our sustainable bedding brand identity
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Looker Studio to track KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPC, conversion rates)
- Evaluate keyword performance and targeting settings to refine campaign strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad effectiveness
Content Analysis:
- Analyze marketing content, product listings, product page content, and ad content to ensure alignment with brand goals and customer appeal
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content for conversions and engagement
Website Analytics:
- Monitor website analytics via Google Analytics and TripleWhale to assess user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and support retargeting efforts
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Generate actionable reports and insights to guide budget allocation and campaign adjustments
- Collaborate with our in-house team to integrate ad campaigns and analytics with Shopify and TripleWhale for seamless tracking
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analysis, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with coursework or projects in data analysis, statistical modeling, or data visualization
- No prior professional experience required; relevant internships, academic projects, or coursework in marketing or analytics are a bonus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Keen interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and basic understanding of web analytics
- Digital marketing bootcamp certification strongly preferred (University of Minnesota Digital Marketing Boot Camp or similar)
Personal Qualities:

As a Welder at Terex, based in Huron, SD, you turn raw steel into the structural foundations of our utility trucks and equipment that keep people safe.
What you'll do:
Build critical structures: Fit, tack, and weld steel components for aerial devices and digger derricks using GMAW/FCAW processes, following approved weld procedures and engineering drawings.
Own quality at the arc: Read and interpret blueprints and WPS, set up jigs/fixtures, prep and finish welds (grinding/chipping), and perform in-process checks so work meets spec the first time.
Work safely-every time: Follow Terex \"Zero Harm\" expectations, required PPE, hot-work controls, and LOTO when applicable; keep work areas orderly and hazard-free.
Move materials confidently: Use overhead cranes and material-handling equipment to stage, position, and transfer parts safely and efficiently
Collaborate to improve: Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and your team to solve problems, reduce rework/distortion, and support continuous improvement and 5S.
Grow your skills: Participate in training (including weld school/skills development and, where applicable, robotic welding) to expand capabilities and progress through defined skill levels.
What you'll bring:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience welding steel using GMAW (MIG) and/or FCAW in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Working knowledge of weld quality standards and the ability to perform basic visual inspections.
- Ability to safely use overhead cranes, hoists, and material-handling equipment (or willingness to be trained).
- Strong commitment to safety, including consistent use of PPE and adherence to hot-work requirements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning materials.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work assigned shifts (including weekends, if applicable).
Preferred
- Technical diploma or coursework in welding or fabrication.
- Previous experience welding structural or heavy-gauge steel.
- Familiarity with AWS welding standards.

The salary range for this position is $22.84 to $27.94 per hour. The Sales Development team at AlphaSense sits at the front line of our company's prospect engagement and pipeline generation efforts. About the Role:
Sales Development Representatives at AlphaSense are fundamental to the success and growth of our business. What You'll Do:

- Apply sales development best practices with email, phone and social outreach to connect with new prospects
- Engage with prospects to articulate our product's value proposition

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The primary responsibility of the Venue Account Executive is to hit monthly sales goals by engaging with wedding professionals in our Venue and Catering categories across a variety of regions. Through high volume cold calling and using a consultative sales process, our Account Executives build rapport with business owners to advise them on best practices and how to stay ahead of technology and industry trends through The Knot and The WeddingWire's advertising platforms. Carlisle Brake and Friction (CBF) is a strategic business unit of CentroMotion. With eight manufacturing facilities globally located in the US, UK, Italy, China, Japan, and India, and with over 1,600 employees, CBF is the leading provider of high performance braking solutions to the off-highway, high performance racing, aerospace, and alternative energy markets, serving over 100 leading original equipment manufacturers in 55 countries.
Additionally, we manufacture both wet and dry friction materials used for wet brakes, brake linings, clutches and transmissions. We also design and deliver hydraulic actuation, including hydraulic valves, master cylinders, adjustors, and boosted master cylinders.

What You'll Do
Lead quality assurance for Hawkeye, our AI SRE agent that helps teams manage and troubleshoot their production environments. You'll design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering UI, integration, and AI-specific testing while building the automation frameworks that let us ship fast without breaking things.
You'll manage a distributed QA team across the US and India, balancing hands-on testing work with coaching and process improvement. This means writing critical test cases yourself, reviewing automation PRs, coordinating testing across time zones, and partnering with engineering to catch issues before they reach customers. You'll own test infrastructure, establish quality metrics that matter, and be the voice of the customer when making tradeoffs between speed and stability.

What You Bring
You have 5-7 years in QA with at least 2 years managing QA teams, ideally at a B2B SaaS company building infrastructure or observability tools. You're deeply experienced with UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), integration testing in complex distributed systems, and modern automation frameworks (pytest, Jest, TestNG, or similar). You understand the unique challenges of testing observability tools—metrics pipelines, log aggregation, distributed tracing, and alert systems.
Experience testing AI/ML systems is a strong plus—whether that's model validation, testing non-deterministic outputs, or ensuring AI agent reliability. You've worked with distributed teams across multiple time zones and know how to build processes that work asynchronously.
