This is a full-time, on-site Safety Specialist role at Prime Safety Management LLC in Wichita Falls, TX, supporting a commercial construction project.
The Safety Specialist will be responsible for conducting site safety audits and other general construction safety management objectives. The Safety Specialist must also be well-versed in basic computer software applications and safety document control. Must have previous experience in bridge, road, trenching, and excavation, concrete, or earthing moving scopes of work as a safety professional.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and patient-centered Ortho Trauma & Total Joint Physician to join our growing orthopedic surgery team. This role combines expertise in complex trauma surgery with proficiency in total joint arthroplasty (hip, knee, and other major joints). You will provide surgical care, consultative services, and multidisciplinary coordination to optimize outcomes for a broad range of orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic trauma injuries, including fractures, dislocations, and musculoskeletal emergencies.
- Perform total joint replacement surgeries, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasties, as well as other joint procedures appropriate to practice scope.
- Provide pre-operative evaluation, surgical intervention, and post-operative follow-up care.
- Participate in orthopedic trauma call coverage and collaborate with emergency medicine, ICU, and rehabilitation teams.
- Work closely with physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, radiology, and ancillary services to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on surgical plans, recovery expectations, and long-term joint health strategies.
- Maintain detailed, compliant medical records and uphold clinical quality standards and safety protocols.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing practice development.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree and completion of accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship training or equivalent experience in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery and/or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty highly preferred.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in the state of Maine.
- Strong clinical judgment, surgical competence, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, patient-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

Perform department tasks including one or more of the following:
Perform most functions of an Optical Technician (Level 1)
Inventory control functions including assist with stocking lens shelves, sort and distribute trays, pull semi-finished or finished lenses, and perform cosmetic inspection and restock
Lens stocking including print and tray up jobs off the combob, pull lenses & transcribe digital jobs through the lab management system, stage work in designated areas, and assist with lens stocking and inventory
Operate the automatic taper
Tint edged and uncut lenses
Expeditor functions including flagging work to move
Pre-shipping wash-up functions including providing needed masks/cloths as needed
Assist in efficiently moving work through the department
Maintain company safety standards
Maintain a clean workstation
Assist and cooperate with other departments
Ensure understanding and adherence to VSPOne quality management and safety requirements, systems and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
One to two years of manufacturing, production, or optical tech experience
Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the functions of an Optical Technician (Level 1)
Must be able to work any shift, time, and day
Ability to meet department standards for productivity and quality
Ability to communicate at a level necessary to accomplish the above tasks
Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
Ability to perform physical activities requiring bending, kneeling and pulling/pushing
Ability to recognize and distinguish colors
Ability to understand and follow procedures
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to walk or stand up to 100% of the time
