100% Outpatient Only Internal Medicine in NORTHWEST INDIANA

Hospital is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join its hospital-employed teams in Northwest Indiana - Near Chicago.

J1 Visa candidates are welcome to apply (area qualifies as a HPSA site)

Practice specifics:

100% Outpatient (utlize hospitalists for inpatient care)
Monday through Friday schedule
NP oversight
Each physician has their own MA/nurse
Anticipated call schedule - 1:4 (phone consult only)
Current average of 20-25 patients daily
Fully integrated EMR (Cerner)
Broad subspecialty support
Cerner EMR
Network physician-led governance council
25 minutes to South Bend/Indiana Dunes/Shopping
