What will you do?
- Monitor all deliveries; analyze invoices; inspect all products for quality, temperature, and condition. Perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products. Report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately
- Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred restaurant supplies to their appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations
- Maintain receiving log by competently tracking all deliveries and missing items
- Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished
- Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure all kitchen and dining room equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good repair
More about you
- One to three months of previous stock clerk/steward or related experience highly preferred
- Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Job Summay:
Porton Advanced Solutions is an end-to-end Cell and Gene Therapy CRO/CDMO offering a wide range of products and services from research-grade to GMP-grade including: LNP, IVT mRNA, circRNA, saRNA, vector cloning, plasmids, Lentivirus (LV) packaging, and gene editing (CRISPR[1]Cas9). Additionally, we offer cell therapy manufacturing (CAR-T, UCAR-T, Ξ³Ξ΄ T, TCR-T, TIL, Gene[1]editing T cells, NK, MSC, iPSC, HSC, RBC, etc.), analytic tests, and more!
As the Junior Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the company runs smoothly, developing sales, building customer relationships, and assisting in marketing/email promotion among other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key industry players, including biotech partners, research institutions, and biopharma researchers around the East Coast U.S.A.
- Assisting with lead mining, mass email sending, cold calling, attending industry conferences/trade shows, and pitching sales to achieve sales targets/goals
- Generating sales reports, recording lead/prospect/contact/customer info in Salesforce
- Traveling to visit customers, make and present pitch decks and proposals, and hold online meetings with customers.
- Track quotes, meetings, inquiries, orders, payments, shipping, etc. to ensure everything is updated in a timely manner.
- Provide creative ideas for social media posts and work closely with the international marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in biology, molecular biology, life sciences, or a related field
- Work experience 0-2 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with at least one year of experience in the
- biotechnology or cell and gene therapy sector
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred

Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement processes, systems and automation to streamline the development and deployment of AI solutions.
Architect robust, reliable solutions for specific AI applications using appropriate cloud-based and open source technologies.
Design and automate data pipelines to deliver complex data products to power training and online inference of AI systems.
Deploy ML models, LLMs and GenAI systems into production, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability across cloud or hybrid environments.
Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines tailored to ML model lifecycle management, ensuring a streamlined and agile deployment process.
Monitor model performance, identify potential improvements, and integrate feedback loops for continuous learning and adaptation.
Integrate models with chat interfaces and conversational platforms to create responsive, user-centric applications.
Investigate and implement agent-based architectures that support conversational intelligence and interaction modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features that enhance user experience and interaction within chat interfaces.
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals, data requirements, and system constraints.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in ML model development, deployment, and maintenance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for model architectures, code implementations, data workflows, and deployment procedures to ensure reproducibility, transparency, and ease of collaboration.
Technical Skills
Experience with large-scale deployment tools and environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience deploying and managing a variety of database technologies.
Experience deploying ML models at scale and optimizing models for low-latency, high-availability environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and experience with distributed data frameworks like Apache Spark or Dask.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Knowledge of conversational AI, agent-based systems, and chat interface development.
Proven track record in deploying and maintaining ML and AI solutions in a production setting.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools tailored to ML workflows.
Experience with MLOps.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in platform engineering with a focus on with a focus on data and ML systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Job Summary:
This position provides operational support for General Managers for up to 30 β 40 cafes. Support includes but not limited to new cafes, execution of all training programs, covering GM vacations, GM transitions, and covering a cafe without a GM.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in inventory training, when necessary.
- Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities.
- Assist with the coaching, training, and development of management and crew members.
- Assist with hiring & staffing needs while focusing on the critically under-staffed cafes.
- Provide support for any new software rollouts and training.
- Ensure team member training programs are executed per TSC & DYNE standards.
