As an Order Selector, you will drive a forklift in a safe and responsible manner while filling customer orders. You will also move moving products to and from specified locations and deliver them to the delivery platform prior to loading the products onto trucks.

Key responsibilities for this position include.

• Filling customer orders, checking and counting all products before loading them into trucks.
• Ensure that all products are free of damage and infestation.
• Ensure the production code dates are properly recorded.
• Ensures that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklift or any other materials handling equipment as required.

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech currently has over 625 undergraduate students, nearly 400 graduate students, and 55 tenure-track faculty members. CEE faculty are expected to lead independent research at the cutting edge of their field and build a strong, extramurally funded research program and national/international recognition. The School of Cybersecurity and Privacy, ranked #2 in Cybersecurity, is one of five schools in the #5 ranked College of Computing. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
• Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
• Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
• Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
• Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
