Description:

The Director of Operations will oversee all production and facility operations at ALIGN Precision Philadelphia, ensuring seamless execution across precision machining, assembly, and cleanroom environments. This role will serve as the operational hub, coordinating with the Director of Planning & Delivery and Director of Quality to deliver on customer commitments while driving efficiency, safety, and culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing, and repairing automotive systems. A strong competency in electrical diagnostics is required for this position. The technician will be expected to provide thorough digital inspections with every oil change. 

Our team members use their own tools and toolboxes; we provide iScan and Autel scan tools as well as many specialized tools. Paid training is available.

Well-rounded technician in European cars is preferred.

Position Overview:

The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. This role performs hands on finishing, patching and repairing parts within the process flow of ceramics-based finished goods. The technician will use visual magnification techniques and equipment and machines to assist in the validation of production to meet daily and weekly production targets.

* Finish intricate, ceramic components by removing or repairing various types of visual and feature indications with precision tools and techniques.

Plumino USA is a manufacturing company based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and part of an international group with operations in multiple countries. Our U.S. team works closely with colleagues in China, and we are seeking a bilingual professional to support communication and coordination between teams.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Manager Assistant (Chinese–English) to support company management in daily operations and cross-border communication.

This role will primarily focus on translation, coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure smooth communication between the U.S. team and Chinese management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Chinese–English interpretation and translation during meetings, calls, and daily communication
• Translate documents including reports, emails, presentations, and internal communications
• Assist management with meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Support communication between U.S. staff and overseas management teams
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents
• Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in translation, administrative support, or manufacturing environment is a plus

This position is on-site in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
