Summary:
Performs nuclear medicine imaging and therapy in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews patient history, physician's orders and does scheduling. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
  • Orders, prepares, administers, stores and disposes of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols and applicable regulations/standards. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
  • Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
  • Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including re-positioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters, transmits and reports scan results.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program.
  • Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or certified in nuclear medicine (NM) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

  • Measures ROM, length and girth of body parts, vital signs, and MMT (manual muscle tests) to assist Physical Therapist in evaluating program participants and/or to determine the effectiveness of the program plan
  • Confers with staff members and other health care members to exchange, discuss and evaluate program participant information for modifying and coordinating current treatment program and participate in treatment planning with trans-disciplinary team as requested.
  • Ensures adherence to accreditation standards, licensure standards, professional code of ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of indications and contra-indications of physical therapy modalities and techniques.
  • Asses PT equipment and has a good working knowledge of physical therapy equipment and therapeutic exercise treatments.

Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the
customer's location.

Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table


Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand
truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.


Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties.


Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies.
A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.


Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls,
perform maintenance.
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.


Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.


Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.


Hand Tasks
Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reflected in our system.
  • Manage A/R, including preparing billings and ensuring they are recorded in Sage Intacct with contract compliance.
  • Set up billing and revenue schedules for all new Salesforce contract modifications.
  • Prepare monthly reports and calculate monthly trackers to provide a clear and accurate picture of our financial status.
  • Resolve complex invoices, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations of unbilled revenue and deferred.
  • Maintain manual deferred revenue for our Canadian business, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain AR aging to ensure all receivables are accounted for and collected promptly.
  • Utilize Excel workbooks for various accounting tasks, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and accuracy.
  • Understand and utilize the GL and Sage Intacct ERP software for all relevant accounting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and promote financial health and stability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Excel workbooks for complex financial tasks.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct ERP software and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of the General Ledger (GL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex invoices and other financial discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site work.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Combination of general practice caseload

    is free from scheduled appointments – this helps ensure lunch is eaten, the
    workload remains contained within reasonable working hours, and that nursing
    mothers can be confident they will have time to tend to their needs
  • Access to several local emergency
    hospitals/specialty practices for case transfer, discussion, and guidance

  • 2 day shifts 8a-3p (one of these to be
    surgical/dental)
  • 2 evening shifts 12p-6:30p

B:

  • 2 day shifts 8a-3p (one of these to be surgical/dental)

  • Saturday 9a-3p

Roughly one  Sunday every 6 weeks on-call for any pets already in the hospital- we
do not admit any cases into the hospital outside of normal business hours, so
being on-call only applies to previously admitted pets

Schedules are predictable and posted 3 months in
advance to help with planning for vacation, personal appointments, or other
time off; holiday on-call assignments are provided at the end of the summer for
the next calendar year

    with separate area for feline patients
