In our organization, these professionals are placed in the position of Mental Health Therapist, PT to plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature in the facility.
This is a part-time position that regularly works less than 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.
1. Conducts mental health screenings and assessments based on review of available records, and clinical interviews with inmates.
2. As part of a mental health team, confers with other clinical staff, e.g., psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health service provider's physicians, nurse, and social workers, in order to gather and provide information concerning patient psychological problems, to ensure treatment activities are well integrated and patient care follow-through occurs.
3. Provides treatment to inmates by developing, implementing and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
4. Documents treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen.
5. Consults with and makes appropriate recommendations to multidisciplinary staff (e.g., security staff, unit staff, and facility management) regards behavior and mental health issues affecting inmates.
6. Demonstrated a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques by way of treatments and activities used for individuals in caseload.
7. Provides appropriate mental health assessments, counseling and confrontation avoidance interventions to address the needs of inmates in crisis.
8. Administrators mental status exams or uses other psychological tests and instruments as necessary to evaluate inmates' treatment, adjustment and placement needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or a degree in a related clinical area.
- Five years clinical experience which includes two years in a comparable job position required.
- Must possess appropriate current certification or licensing.
- A valid driver's license is preferred, unless required by contract or applicable statute.
- Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

The Registered Nurse (RN) duties are to assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Responsibilities

Uses a variety of tools and supplies including small hand counter, etc.
Minimum qualifications & Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and must be able to complete on-the-job training satisfactorily; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid state driver's license, and have the ability to obtain a commercial driver's license certification with passenger and airbrake endorsement within the first 6 months of employment.

Starting Salary: $ 17.00 - $ 20.00 Hourly
Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7pm to 7am and/or PRN
We are seeking a Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. Your role will oversee clients in daily activities while teaching new skills, ensuring safety, and managing behaviors. As a member of the Pathways team, you will work with other team members and report to our Program Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for direct supervision and safety of all clients
- Responsible for proper behavior management of children through the use of behavior management techniques.
- Build healthy relationships with clients and be a role model of healthy behaviors
- Have a working knowledge of the child's treatment plan and objectives and structure activities to support that plan.
- Responsible for creatively structuring activities for groups and conducting psycho-educational groups.
- May be responsible for medication administration and other medical support.
- Responsible for the review/writing of all required documentation.
- Responsible for teaching, guiding, and assisting the client in daily life skills as appropriate for age.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Minimum Requirement: Education Level: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice

- Professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts.

What We're Looking For

- Must possess a valid state Driver's License and maintain personal auto insurance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills and a professional appearance and attitude.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively from floor to waist, chest or shoulder height; pulling cart with load weighing up to 220 pounds.
