Requirements:
- Certified Pool Technician (CPT) or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or willingness to be certified
- Nationwide background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass insurance coverage check

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool/Spa Service Technician & Repair Technician
This role involves overseeing pool and spa maintenance operations and/or providing expert repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with equipment repair, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties
* Perform comprehensive pool cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and routine maintenance tasks
* Diagnose and repair equipment issues involving pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and other pool/spa components
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively when needed,
* Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inventory logs for all maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service operations

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our client's pools sparkling clean and well-maintained. From balancing chemicals to maintaining water levels, you'll be the go-to person for all things pool-related. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air all day long. Schedule and other stuff to know?
- Our office is based in Brecksville, OH; Pool Cleaning Technicians are assigned a route of commercial swimming pools to be assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Customers hire us because they trust us to keep their pools and maintained for their swimmers 7 days a week.
- Our Pool Cleaning Technicians can work 5 -7 days a week averaging between 35-45 hours. If selected for an interview, scheduling preferences will be discussed.
- Pool cleaners start early, about 6:00 a.m., and end their day once their assigned pool routes are clean. Start early and end early to enjoy your day!

What do we need from you?
- Ability to work early in the day (start time between 6-7 am)
- Physically able to perform and lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable handling chemicals
- Work outdoors in variety of conditions (heat, rain, storm, etc.)
- Previous pool experiences preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License is required with the option to drive a company vehicle or receive a $500 auto allowance and gas card for driving a personal vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of personal insurance will be required.

What You’ll Do
As a Pool RepairTechnician, you’ll be responsible for repairing our customers’ pools systems and equipment to keep them functioning at their best. This includes:
Pool Diagnostics and Pool Repairs:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on a variety of pool systems and equipment to maintain operational excellence and ensure long-lasting functionality.
High-Quality Quotes:
- Provide clear, detailed, and high-quality repair quotes focused on making pools run efficiently, adhering to current safety standards, and utilizing reputable products with solid warranties. Your quotes should reflect our commitment to excellence and provide customers with confidence in their investments.
Customer Communication:
- Before Service: Communicate with customers ahead of your arrival to confirm the appointment, share your expected arrival time, and address any preliminary questions.
- During Service: Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and recommended solutions clearly and professionally.
- After Service: Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction, address any additional concerns, and provide quotes for further potential work that could improve their pool systems. Maintain open communication to foster trust and long-term relationships.
Internal Team Communication:
- Actively participate in team communication via Slack to ensure seamless collaboration. Share updates on ongoing repairs, ask for or provide troubleshooting support, and communicate relevant details with other technicians and team leaders to maintain operational efficiency.

Market Float Pool RNs are scheduled in accordance with the Staffing and Scheduling- Nursing, RN Floating - Healthy Workplace Environment (HWE) and Attendance policies. Requirements of RN unit based, facility based, or system based pools are based on which pool they are in.
Resource and Non-RN Resource Pool RN's are required to work the following:
Hours per Pay Period:
Full Time:Minimum of 36 hours per week. 4 weekend shifts per scheduling cycle (28 days)
PRN:Based on Tier Level Agreement
Holiday Requirements:
Full Time/PRN:Two Major and Two Minor holidays for the year.
Floating:
Market Float Pool employees will be required to float to all Las Palmas Del Healthcare System Facilities. Market Float Pool Nurses will be scheduled in units in which they have competencies. Market Float Pool Nurse can be placed in a unit below their competency level.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Associates degree Nursing or BSN required
Experience required(Minimumamount of specifically related experience which is required to perform the role at this level.

Other required experience: Minimum of at least three years of RN experience with a minimum of two year specialty experience for those floating to specialty areas.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas or Compact Nursing License. If your compact license is from a state besides Texas, you will be required to obtain a TX Nursing License within 90 days after your start date. Obtaining a permanent Texas license is not required for nurses hired on the seasonal plan
Required Upon Hire (for certifications only: upon hire is defined as within two business days of start date)
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Required Upon Hire (for certifications only: upon hire is defined as within two business days of start date)
- ACLS from the American Heart Association
Required Upon Hire (for certifications only: upon hire is defined as within two business days of start date)
- NIH Stroke Certification
Required within 60 days from hire date and annually
