As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with complex wound conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in managing wound vacs and ensuring optimal healing outcomes.
- Provide specialized wound care treatment and management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Wound care certification preferred, with a plan to achieve in a determined time period
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
- Need 2 years experience in wound care setting
- Familiarity with wound vacs required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
