We're excited to launch a new search on behalf of a firm in Houston whose practice includes Casualty & Mass Tort litigation.

Role Overview
- Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
- Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
- Can you take and defend depositions?
- Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?
Qualifications
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Casualty, product liability, construction, mass tort and maritime experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in Texas
