Job Description:
The Service / Project Plumbing Sales role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing plumbing service and small-to-mid-size project opportunities in the greater Puget Sound area. This position focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal operations teams to deliver profitable plumbing service and project work.
The ideal candidate understands commercial plumbing systems, service workflows, and construction project cycles, and is comfortable balancing relationship-driven sales with technical coordination.
Essential Functions:
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of plumbing service and project sales opportunities
· Build and sustain relationships with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing service or project solutions
· Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and pricing for service work and small to mid-size projects
· Coordinate closely with service managers, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of sold work
· Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions using internal systems
· Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms in alignment with company goals
· Support customer retention efforts and identify opportunities for repeat and referral business
· Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
· Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, job walks, and industry events
Qualifications and Education:
· Previous experience in plumbing service sales, construction sales, or a related mechanical trade
· Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and service operations
· Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

You will work independently as well as with a team, ensuring code compliance, safety, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems (water supply lines, waste and vent systems, fixtures, equipment such as water heaters, boilers, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, plumbing diagrams, and specifications to determine work procedures.
- Measure, mark, cut, thread, bend, and join piping (copper, steel, PVC, PEX, etc.) using the appropriate tools and methods (e.g., solder, brazing, welding, solvent weld).
- Install, repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, urinals, water fountains, etc.

VDC BIM Manager / Commercial Wet Utility & Plumbing Firm
Position Summary:
The VDC Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall accuracy, coordination, constructability, and field implementation of BIM models for all plumbing projects. This position owns the BIM, layout, and prefabrication workflow from design coordination through field installation and project closeout. The VDC Manager ensures BIM models meet company quality standards, support efficient and profitable installation, and are fully coordinated and optimized before being issued to the field or presented in coordination meetings. Additionally, the VDC Manager supports project management with information needed to order material, write RFI’s, prepare accurate change orders, and keep the field updated as our BIM models change throughout each project. Lastly, this position supports the field with information needed for accurate layout of our coordinated models, providing information, instruction, and guidance to support production.
Leadership and Oversight:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor BIM Detailer(s) & assign priorities aligned with project schedules.
• Continuously review BIM models for accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
• Enforce company BIM quality standards prior to external delivery.
• Review models and direct BIM Detailers to make corrections with regards to systems optimization and clash resolution prior to meetings.
• Ensure all reasonable internal coordination is complete before BIM meetings. Prevent avoidable clashes from reaching coordination meetings.
• Review BIM models to ensure systems are arranged in the most cost-effective manner, optimizing efficiency and profitability, while maintaining overall requirements of the contract documents and/or design intent.
• Attend and represent the company in BIM coordination meetings.
• Own, manage, and improve BIM workflow, prefabrication operations, RVT family and fabrication databases.
Project Management/Management Support:
• Assist Project Manager(s) in preparing and review RFIs using snapshots from plans and/or models with suggested constructable solutions. Assist in distributing RFI’s to address and resolve design issues prior to discovery in meetings.
• Export and/or oversee the exporting of bills of material (BOM's) from the BIM models.
• Delegate and oversee the annotation process for all shop drawings and spool drawings. Review drawings for quality and accuracy before distributing to the field for installation.
• Review 3D models for accuracy and quality and distribute to the field.
• Convey and distribute all information contained in the models to the field and ensure the crews have everything they need to perform a proper installation based on the models.
• Communicate any changes or updates to the field personnel and ensure they’ve received the most current 3D models, shop drawings, and spool drawings.
Collaborate with Project Managers to stay apprised of any design changes. Ensure such changes are incorporated into the models, shop drawings, and spool drawings. Communicate such changes to field leadership and ensure models are re-distributed accordingly.
• Assist Project Managers with BOM’s for change proposals. Review change order proposals and assist with change order revisions when necessary.
• Provide information and guidance to Project Managers to identify and resolve issues, allocate resources appropriately, and to ensure projects are running efficiently and profitably.
• Oversee preparation of LOD 500 as-built drawings and assist Project Managers with closeout delivery.
Layout and Field Support:
• Communicate with GC clients to coordinate and request control points and control maps.
• Prepare and process export files for import into layout equipment (robotic total stations). Clean up exported files, bind external references, and reduce file sizes as needed.
• Verify control points are accurately represented on shop drawings and layout equipment.
• Provide training, guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and any other support our crews need to perform efficient and accurate layouts.
• Identify complexities and areas of unusual difficulty on projects and assist Operations and field leadership with visualization and solutions. Provide insight and guidance with regards to sequencing and means & methods.
• Visit jobsites to observe and address any installation issues or inconsistencies between BIM models and field conditions. Guide and support field leadership as needed to optimize installation efficiency and layout accuracy.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Utilization Management Supervisor, the Behavioral Health (BH) Utilization Management (UM) Clinician is responsible for conducting benefit coverage reviews and utilization management according to applicable regulatory guidelines and Enterprise contract requirements. The BH UM Clinician works collaboratively with the Behavioral Health leadership within the Behavioral Health department and other appropriate Point32Health staff to identify and address opportunities to improve service, reduce administrative cost, ensure clinically appropriate delivery of benefit covered services, and support department and organizational business goals. The UM BH Clinician escalates urgent issues and concerns that could potentially impact member needs, program compliance and or acute situations that pose risk. The UM BH Clinician must be committed to clinical and service excellence, including demonstrating the behaviors that support teamwork, collaboration, and professionalism. The BH UM clinician works under the direction of the UM Supervisor and in collaboration with the BH Operation Manager to ensure ongoing competency and learning needs are met that they are performing to applicable regulatory and clinical requirements.Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five):
- Adherence to established behavioral and administrative review guidelines and criteria
- Adherence to timelines, standards, and elements associated with organizational determinations and notifications
- Daily interactions with UM Support staff and providers to ensure clinical information and support are available and applicable to the review process
- Appropriate prioritization of authorization requests
- Achievement of expected productivity goals
- Review of all assigned prior authorization requests including but not limited to inpatient admissions, specialty referrals, outpatient procedures, VNA or outpatient therapies as specified in the prior authorization list using specified clinical criteria sets.
- Concurrent review of Behavior Health Services
- Identification and determination of benefit coverage for behavioral health coverage requests.
- Identifies and determines medical necessity of out of network requests for services.
- Effective communication with the Medical Director, regarding identified variances for specific members according to criteria utilized for medical review.
- Professional growth and development through self-directed learning activities and/or involvement in professional, civic, and community organizations
- Ongoing referrals to and interactions with the case management team to ensure efficient and safe care transitions and member access to supportive programs and services
- Works collaboratively with external providers to facilitate member access to high quality cost effective behavioral health services
- Adheres to all regulatory and contractual requirements
- Participates in department projects and special assignments as needed.
- Attends scheduled meetings, training session in both classroom and computer-based required training sessions. Assist in development and updating of department workflows.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications - what you need to perform the job
Certification and Licensure
- Current unrestricted Massachusetts license in a behavioral health area of practice
Education
- Required (minimum): BS Nursing; LICSW, LMHC, or other behavioral health profession qualified to practice independently.
- Preferred:
Experience (minimum years required):
- Required (minimum): Direct practice clinical experience in area of credential. Must demonstrate sound knowledge of utilization management and care management principles. Health Plan experience performing utilization review activities. Experience with McKesson's InterQual Clinical Screening Criteria.
- Preferred: 3 years in a managed care environment in managed care systems and operations.
