Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise; facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among all team members. The Nurse Manager promotes a climate for effective performance while allocating available resources to promote efficient, effective, and quality nursing/patient care. The Nurse Manager contributes to the development and implementation of strategic planning processes, day‐to‐day operations, and attainment of organizational and departmental goals. Engagement Description –
The Case Manager RN leads the coordination of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic, person centric care management program to a diverse health plan population with a variety of health and social needs. They serve as the single point of contact for members, caregivers, and providers using a variety of communication channels including phone calls, emails, text messages and the client's online messaging platform. The Case Manager RN uses the case management process to assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate care plans designed to optimize the member's health across the care continuum. They work in partnership with the member, providers of care and community resources to develop and implement the plan of care and achieve stated goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Lead the coordination of a regionally aligned, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to meet member needs telephonic and/or digitally. The multidisciplinary team is inclusive of Medical and Behavioral Health Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists, Clinical Support Staff and Medical Directors.
2. Use the case management process to assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate care plans designed to optimize the members' health across the care continuum.
3. Assess the member's health, psychosocial needs, cultural preferences, and support systems.
4. Engage the member and/or caregiver to develop an individualized plan of care, address barriers, identify gaps in care, and promotes improved overall health outcomes.
5. Arrange resources necessary to meet identified needs (e.g., community resources, mental health services, substance abuse services, financial support services and disease-specific services).
6. Coordinate care delivery and support among member support systems, including providers, community-based agencies, and family.
7. Advocate for members and promote self-advocacy.
8. Deliver education to include health literacy, self-management skills, medication plans, and nutrition.
9. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the care management plan, assess adherence to care plan to ensure progress to goals and adjust and reevaluate as necessary.
10. Accurately document interactions that support management of the member.
11. Prepare the member and/or caregiver for discharge from a facility to home or for transfer to another healthcare facility to support continuity of care.
12. Educate the member and/or caregiver about post-transition care and needed follow-up, summarizing what happened during an episode of care.
13. Secure durable medical equipment and transportation services and communicate this to the member and/or caregiver and to key individuals at the receiving facility or home care agency.
14. Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and guidelines meeting quality and production goals.
15. Continue professional development by completing relevant continuing education and maintaining Certified Case Manager (CCM).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Independently build, review, and refine detailed financial models, including pro formas, discounted cash flow analyses, IRR models, sensitivity analysis, rent-roll forecasting, and NOI projections.
- Lead underwriting efforts across major commercial real estate asset classes, with an emphasis on industrial, retail, multifamily, and office investments.
- Evaluate operating statements, lease abstracts, capital expenditure assumptions, debt structures, and market inputs to support pricing strategy and investment recommendations.
- Prepare and present Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), pricing guidance, and valuation narratives for internal and client use.

- Conduct advanced market and asset-level research including leasing trends, comparable sales and rents, demographic data, supply/demand indicators, and cap-rate benchmarking.

Deal Execution & Transaction Support

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, investment sales, capital markets, investment banking, appraisal, private equity, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with the ability to produce polished, client‑ready materials.
- Strong understanding of pro forma modeling, lease structures, commercial valuation methods, and core CRE fundamentals.

About the Company
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Real Estate and Development to lead the real estate strategy and execution for our vibrant, national hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sophisticated real estate development, site selection, purchase, sale and lease negotiations, project development management, and market analysis within the commercial real estate industry with ample experience in hospitality and restaurants. They will play a key role in driving growth, expansion, and profitability through effective real estate strategies and development initiatives. This is an on site position, located at our main office in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
About the Role
Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, brand positioning, and market opportunities. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, growth potential, and competitive landscapes for hotel brand expansion.
Real Estate Portfolio Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company's hospitality real estate portfolio, including purchase, sale and lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and disposals. Conduct market analysis, site selection, and feasibility studies to identify and secure high-potential locations for new openings.
Project Management: Lead the development process for new hotel and restaurant locations, including site design, permitting, and budget development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, in-house general construction operations, legal, and finance teams, to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Financial Analysis and Performance: Conduct financial analysis, ROI evaluations, and market analysis calculations for development projects to assess investment viability and financial performance. Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to achieve project goals and maximize profitability.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and industry partners to source new opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and build strategic alliances. Collaborate with external stakeholders, consultants, and agencies to navigate zoning regulations, permitting processes, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of development professionals, including project managers, real estate analysts, and leasing specialists, to drive performance, innovation, and growth. Work closely with executive team in a fast-paced environment and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the development and real estate team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or real estate industry certification is a plus. 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, site selection, and project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation, negotiations, and construction processes. Proven track record of successfully leading development projects, driving portfolio growth, and optimizing real estate performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and financial acumen to assess investment opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Experience with real estate software, GIS tools, and project management systems for real estate development and analysis. Strong work ethic, decision-making and collaborative skills.
