THE ROLE:
[VENUE NAME] is seeking a Venue Sustainability Supervisor to elevate our sustainability program to new heights in 2025. This role is the backbone and driving force behind Live Nation's resource recovery and circularity program and is responsible for ensuring efficient waste sorting protocols, clean and organized workspaces, and thorough support of sustainability program growth. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. Venue Sustainability Supervisors will be tasked with day-to-day program execution as they work to develop an efficient and comprehensive zero waste program. Venue Sustainability Supervisors will assist the Venue Sustainability Manager in making the program increasingly adaptable to be able to deliver on target diversion and budget goals. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in Venue Sustainability Supervisor on-boarding, training, and assist with Venue Sustainability Crew training and oversight.
- Be onsite during pre-season venue set up, at the request of the Venue Sustainability Manager, to ensure zero waste operational procedures are in place.
- Assist in the mid and post-show waste sorting process of all recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
- Be available to work show days and non-show days on both weekdays and weekends to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.
- Assist with overseeing the material sorting process of all recycling, composting, reuse, and donations materials to increase resource recovery and diversion from landfill.
- Assist with Front of House and Back of House Zero Waste initiatives as outlined by the Venue Sustainability Manager.
- Maintain a clean sorting area and support the Post-Show Pick after each event, which will occasionally result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after a show.
- Be able to step in and oversee sustainability processes in the event the Venue Sustainability Manager cannot attend a scheduled show.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager on an as-need basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Show days require about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. with about 75% of that time spent sorting materials.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader (TL), this is a non-exempt leadership role. The primary responsibilities of the Keyholder are to ensure world-class customer service, POS sales, facility security and maintenance, and processing merchandise. The Keyholders goal is to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the GICF retail stores through security of corporate assets, customer relations, sale of donated goods, and accurate cash register operations, in order to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.
Essential Functions/Duties:
1. Ensures 100% world-class customer service
2. Opens and closes as required including assigning POS drawers, providing change for cashiers, documenting Team Member absence, assigning duties as applicable.
3. Handling and processing of incoming donation flow in and out
4. Ensures loss prevention and risk management policies and procedures.
5. Ensures a neat, clean, organized, and safe facility.
6. Assists in the proper inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods in a timely manner to ensure a full and fresh inventory.
7. Keeps abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends and competitive pricing.
8. Ensures statistical counts (i.e., donor counts, apparel hung, rotation count, etc.) are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Completes register pulls, readings, cash reports, daily activity reports, transmittal of reports and daily deposits in accordance with Goodwills policies and procedures as required.
9. Performs assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles and Core Values.
10. May be asked to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.
11. Attends in-service and related training as assigned by the TL.
12. Performs other duties as assigned by the TL.
QualificationsQualifications/Competencies:
1. Experience in business setting preferred.
2. G.E.D. or high school diploma preferred.
3. Basic computer skills required.
Physical Requirements:
1. Able to bend, reach and stand for extensive periods of time and lift up to forty pounds. May be required to lift heavier goods/items with the assistance of another team member.
2. Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion; i.e., tagging or hanging clothes. Manual dexterity is required.
Special Requirements:
1. Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
2. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Education and/or Experience: High School education or equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years retail and one (1) year supervisory experience. Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.
Math Ability: Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have beginner knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has supervisory responsibilities but no subordinate supervisors.

About Donor Nexus
At Donor Nexus, we help individuals and couples grow their families through egg and embryo donation. Our mission is to make the path to parenthood more supported, informed, and successful — and every member of our team plays a direct role in that mission.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, empathetic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Newport Beach. This is a high-touch sales role centered on converting warm, inbound leads into clients — helping intended parents find and select the right egg donor for their family.
Your focus will be on relationship-building, consultative selling, and guiding prospective parents through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives.
What You'll Do
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective intended parents
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to drive engagement and conversion
• Conduct warm, educational phone and video consultations about frozen and fresh egg donation
• Nurture leads through the decision-making process with empathy, patience, and persistence
• Guide clients in selecting an egg donor that meets their preferences and medical criteria
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel
• Handle light project management tasks to keep client journeys on track
• Collaborate closely with fellow sales team members to share leads, align on strategy, and support team goals
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in
• Hit monthly conversion targets while always prioritizing the client experience
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven success in a sales, intake, or client-facing role with conversion goals
• High emotional intelligence; you understand what intended parents are going through
• Self-motivated and organized. You manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups
• CRM or project management tool experience ( or similar)

This is an in-office role (Monday–Thursday) in Newport Beach, CA. Fridays remote. (8am-4pm)
Compensation
$60,000-$75,000 base/ $90,000-$110,000 OTE
