As a Flight Controls Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be part of the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Team. You will design, implement, integrate, and test flight control laws for all phases of operation including autotaxi, auto-takeoff, autoland, and automatic rollout. You integrate real-world hardware and C/C++ flight software as part of ongoing flight test programs, and perform simulation analysis and data reduction in our Python and C/C++ modeling & simulation environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish autoflight and flight control system requirements

• Interface with Pilots and Operations team to develop flight test plans, respond to squawks, and communicate design updates

As a Sr. Avionics Harness Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. This is a small but growing team of highly motivated people passionate about delivering quality products and services on time, with unquestionable value. You'll play a critical role in the build, operation, integration, test, diagnostics, inspection, and maintenance of highly reliable avionics systems, such as wiring harnesses and electromechanical hardware. You'll also help with the installation of those systems onto aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer, you will assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.

As a Radar Hardware Design Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross-functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting-edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. In your role as an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for refining and implementing our Avionics system architecture and driving its physical implementation. You will drive the system-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. As a Senior Accountant at Reliable Robotics, you will report to the Controller. You will take ownership of a wide breadth of accounting responsibilities to maintain and improve upon the processes and standards that will guide Reliable into the future. You'll work with stakeholders across the company and within the finance team, developing your experience to help set the direction for our financial governance.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:

• Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities

• Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles

• Assist with our company's financial audits including audit schedule support

• Support consolidations with our company's subsidiary

• Prepare hourly & salaried payroll for semi-monthly processing

• Credit card and expense reimbursement program management

• Support data migration and UAT testing for ERP system implementation

• Coordinate tax filing compliance with outside tax compliance team: federal, state, etc.

Basic Success Criteria

• CPA certification or Strong US GAAP knowledge

As a Senior Software Engineer - Engineering Productivity at Reliable Robotics, you will design, and implement software to support the development, analysis, and certification of automated aircraft systems. You will work closely with product owners and end users to develop solutions that enable and optimize engineering development workflows. The software you produce will be critical to the development and certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years experience with professional full stack web development in a team setting

• Professional experience with core browser technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and TypeScript

• Experience structuring dynamic, model-driven data and determining data relationships

• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and time series databases

• Experience designing software architecture for both new and existing projects

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.

Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• 7+ years of experimental flight test experience

• Prior experience drafting test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and acting as test director during a flight/mission

• Experience with making aeronautical VHF radio calls

• Demonstrated ability to complete system-level risk assessments

Preferred Criteria

• Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience

• Recent Caravan or PT6A experience

• Diversity of experience in multiple aircraft/ airframes

• CFII or military flight instructor

• Experience with automated and/or large remotely operated vehicles (UAS, spacecraft, etc)

• Experience working in a Flight Test program focused on Certification

• Experience in developing flight procedures, training curricula, and safety management systems

• Experience flying for a 14 CFR part 135 or 121 Air Carrier

• Deep understanding of FAA certification processes and their implementation

• In depth knowledge of systems engineering processes and principles

• Basic familiarity with software programming principles
