Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Maple Plain, MN - 55359

Contract Length: Part time (10-20 hours a week)


Hours

• Onsite every day, 4 - 5 days per week

• Core business hours, expected around 20 per week


Description:

The Office Assistant performs and coordinates, general office duties. This is a temporary part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week.


Responsibilities:

Perform wide variety of general office duties including:

○ Checking and distributing mail / office-related packages

○ Ordering office supplies

○ Breakroom stocking and tidying

○ Managing food and beverage orders for meetings as needed

○ Receive visitors

○ Maintain orderliness in cubicles that are used by visiting team members.

○ Work with vendors for minor office maintenance

○ Maintain conference rooms

○ Support staff as needed to ensure an orderly run office


Qualifications:

• High School diploma


Other Qualifications

• Computer, telephone, and other office equipment operation

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
