The Senior Manager-Creative Development Resources serves as the primary interface with the Director of Creative Development and the Managing Music Producer on project staffing, talent development, financial oversight, and long-term strategic planning, providing administrative and day-to-day leadership for creative areas within Disney Live Entertainment.

You will report to the Director-Creative Development.

This is a Full-Time role.  

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and manage Disney Live Entertainment creative teams, including Show Directors, Writers, Art Directors, Designers, Choreographers, and other creative disciplines as assigned.
  •  Oversee creative resource planning for Walt Disney World projects, aligning talent to approved shows and initiatives across multiple priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, creative environment that supports effective ideation, innovation, and cross-disciplinary teamwork.
  • Partner with stakeholders from creative concept through ongoing operations to ensure strong creative vision, efficient processes, and high-quality delivery.
  • Track project progress and sustain creative excellence through leadership of Entertainment Show Quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including Show Production, Talent Casting, Technical Direction, Design, and Park Operations.
  • Develop, mentor, and motivate creative talent by driving training, development, and growth opportunities across disciplines.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, creative partners, and industry and educational organizations.
  • Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line teams to executive leadership, presenting ideas clearly and crafting compelling business narratives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Entertainment Industry working in Show Production and Entertainment operation of live shows
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, earn respect, and establish credibility with creative professionals, and assume ownership and accountability for creative teams of multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated functional leadership ability, including problem-solving, influencing abilities, negotiating skills, and continuous improvement process experience
  • Lead, mentor, and develop creative teams, with a focus on delivering value-added results, global alignment, operational excellence, and legendary service to clients and guests

About the Facility
- California Health Care Facility (CHCF) CHCF provides medical care and mental health treatment to inmates who have the most severe and long-term needs.

The 1.4 million square foot facility is certified to provide intermediate level care and to complement less acute treatment provided in other prisons operated by the CDCR.

This facility provides both outpatient and inpatient mental health services for patients with a serious mental disorder.

The licensed Psychiatric Inpatient Program at this facility is designed to provide more intensive treatment for patients who cannot function adequately or stabilize in an outpatient program.

The 54-building complex is located in South Stockton on the site of the former Karl Holton Youth Correctional Facility.

It provides housing and treatment for 2,951 inmate-patients provided by a professional health care staff of 2,500.

Prescribe medication as deemed appropriate for treatment and utilize the CDCR Correctional Formulary or obtain non-formulary approval.

Job Summary:

Provide leadership and directions to pharmacy staff (pharmacist, technicians, secretary, clinical pharmacy specialist) to assure operational efficiency and services goals are met. Serve as representative of pharmacy services on multi-disciplinary committees and workgroups. -Reviews all medication variance reports and allergy interaction reports to determine appropriate follow-up action(s), responsible for implementing corrective actions and communicate to pharmacy staff and hospital personnel.-Performs staff pharmacist's drug distribution functions on weekends and as needed (order review of physician orders, IV admixture preparation and other ordered medication, checks technician work, etc.)-Proves other operational support by: participation in special projects (e.g.-P&P updates, TJC preparation, standing order revision, statistical & workload reports, investigational drug studies, etc.).

-Assist with formulary management to assure cost effective availability of agents, maintain and updates pixies and APRS database.-Receives feedback from and communicates changes to pharmacy and nursing personnel when appropriate to assure optimum patient care processes are maintained.-Participates on standing or ad hoc inter-disciplinary hospital committees to assist in the integration of pharmacy services into other patient care areas and activities.-Provides weekly and/or monthly updates to DOP regarding overtime utilization, staffing concerns, service issues, performance issues and clinical activities performed by staff pharmacist and technicians.
