The Content Quality Signals team at Pinterest is seeking a Sr Product Manager to define, execute, and champion the multi-year strategy for building advanced borderline content signals. You will lead product innovation at the intersection of machine learning and user experience-developing the core content quality signals that drive personalization, discovery, and business outcomes across Pinterest. What you'll do:
- Developing, aligning the organization around, and driving the strategy and roadmap for Borderline Content Signals, ensuring the roadmap is ambitious, principled, and closely aligned with company priorities.
- Lead cross-functional development of critical borderline content signals that power personalization, ranking and core user experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager, Growth - Performance Marketing to lead one of our most important acquisition channels on the Growth team. The AI/ML Serving Platform team provides foundational tools and infrastructure used by hundreds of AI/ML engineers across Pinterest, including recommendations, ads, visual search, growth/notifications, trust and safety. We're looking for a seasoned quantitative researcher ready to identify the most important ecosystem-level questions and to create and execute a learning agenda to address them. In this role, you'll bring expertise in behavioral analysis, statistical modeling, and survey methods to design, execute, and communicate strategic research on a deadline in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:
- Work across monetization teams and as needed collaborate with consumer facing orgs to define and address complex, monetization impacting ecosystem - questions with implications for the business and overall user experience
- Proactively guide teams to the most important questions and problems to address for users and/or the business; set the quantitative learning agenda for Monetization and decide on the best approaches to address it
- Prioritize and conduct quantitative research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodology, while balancing effort against priority and impact

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. A security background is not necessary but ideal candidates will have familiarity with the problems or related spaces, such as Infrastructure or Identity.
What you'll do:
- Help shape our identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
- Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to build performant and resilient AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) platform controls into various high-traffic services including our AI Agents, online/offline data platforms, databases, service mesh (Envoy). and other critical infrastructure components.
- Represent the I2AM team across the Security Organization and with our X-org partners, including Networking, Data Platform, Cloud Platform, Agent Platform and product teams.
- Work with and mentor more junior engineers on the I2AM team.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- A history of building & operating large scale distributed systems.
- Past experience influencing technical architecture and roadmap adoption while working across other teams.
- Experience in some of the following areas is a strong plus:
- Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
- Identity, Account Security, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, SAML, RBAC) protocols
- AWS or other public cloud infrastructure, containerization such as Kubernetes
- Familiarity with networking protocols (Application layer)
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.

We are looking for inquisitive, well-rounded iOS engineers to join our Product engineering teams. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you'll play an important role in enabling the newest technologies and experiences. You will build robust frameworks & features. You will empower both developers and Pinners alike. You'll have the opportunity to find creative solutions to thought-provoking problems. Even better, because we covet the kind of courageous thinking that's required in order for big bets and smart risks to pay off, you'll be invited to create and drive new initiatives, seeing them from inception through to technical design, implementation, and release.
What you'll do:
- Build out Pinner-facing frontend features in iOS to power the future of inspiration on Pinterest
- Contribute to and lead each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release; from rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, to architecting and building solutions that can scale to support millions of users
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams to build end to end functionality
- Put on your Pinner hat to suggest new product ideas and features
- Employ automated testing to build features with a high degree of technical quality, taking responsibility for the components and features you develop
- Grow as an engineer by working with world-class peers on varied and high impact project
What we're looking for:
- Deep understanding of iOS development and best practices in Objective C and/or Swift, e.g. Xcode, app states, memory management, etc
- 5+ years of industry iOS application development experience, building consumer or business facing products
- Experience in following best practices in writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers
- Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
