Job Summary

The Senior Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of automotive electronic hardware systems. The role requires strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, automotive hardware development processes, and functional safety compliance per ISO 26262. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional hardware and system teams to deliver high-quality, safety-compliant automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive applications.
• Execute complete automotive hardware development activities in alignment with industry standards and internal processes.
• Perform hardware safety analyses, including:
• Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
• Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)

Must be able to communicate and collaborate in a team environment with both English and Spanish-speaking individuals. Compensation based on relevant experience education in woody ornamental and native plant production. The primary responsibility is to perform all duties related to plant production and produce the highest number of sellable plants, as well as execute contractual growing sold by the installation/nursery sales team.  

Responsibilities:  

·        Implement and maintain a comprehensive propagation program via cuttings, seed collection, germination, bare root transplanting, and other methods of producing quality, Florida native, and Florida Friendly shrubs, grasses, trees, and groundcovers. 

·        Implement pest and disease control using IPM best practices 

·        Training and direct supervision of crew in all procedures and processes related to plant production  

·        Oversee greenhouse production, systems, environmental controls, & monitoring  

·        Enforcement of WPS and participation in overall company compliance  

·        Plan production, fertilization, weed, and seed collection schedules 

·        Maintaining inventory of all material & supplies needed for production

Qualifications:  

·        Education: B.S. in Horticulture or closely related field and/or Experience: Past working industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise routing, switching, and data center network architectures with a primary focus on Cisco and Arista technologies.
• Architect modern data center fabrics including Cisco ACI, Nexus platforms (7K/9K), and Arista CloudVision / Leaf-Spine designs.
• Develop scalable campus architectures (Catalyst 9K, VSS/StackWise Virtual, SDA not required but beneficial).
