Job Description
WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?
Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leads the development of the integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics and strategic insight.

You’ll work hands-on across ITSM and adjacent modules, develop high-quality scripts and flows, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate within an Agile team to deliver secure solutions aligned with DHS standards and FedRAMP requirements. This role will provide hands-on development for the government ServiceNow platform. * Vehicle Management: Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24-28 foot straight box truck.
* Documentation: Complete DOT logs and other required paperwork accurately and on time.
SCHEDULE
* Start Time: 5:00 PM
* Weekends and Holidays required
PAY TRANSPARENCY
* Hourly Pay: $29.00 (consistent with our internal compensation framework)
QUALIFICATIONS
* 21 years of age or older.
* Valid Driver's License (CDL B with air brake endorsement may be required).
* 3+ years of experience driving and backing box trucks in route delivery.
* Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
* Proficient in English (spoken and written).
* Comfortable working in 38-70F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather conditions.
* Able to perform frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, nighttime environment.
* Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, lifting assessment, background check, and MVR with a clean record (no DUIs in past 5 years, minimal accidents/tickets).
