This is a full-time, benefited position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no weekend or holiday shifts. The position is based at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines but may require occasional travel to other locations as needed.

What you'll do: 60;
- Rooming patients, checking vitals, assisting with procedures
- EKGs
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Collecting patient data in person and by phone
- Stocking and reorganizing supplies
- Ordering supplies
- Check in with patients throughout their appointment to ensure they are comfortable for their chemo treatment
- Scheduling return visits as needed
Required Certification/Registration:
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program OR hold a Medical Assistant Certification OR have a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman
- BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience working as Medical Assistant
- EKG experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience
- Assisting with procedures
