Role Description

The General Manager at Cambria Beach Lodge will oversee daily operations, providing strategic leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a positive team culture, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that the lodge adheres to brand standards and operational goals. The General Manager will also build and maintain guest and community relationships, drive revenue growth, and manage property upkeep and vendor relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambria, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, including team management and development

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative on large‑scale greenfield data center construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing quality, compliance, and installation standards for mission‑critical infrastructure while partnering closely with General Contractors onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the owner’s on‑site representative during new data center construction
• Oversee construction and equipment installation to ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor schedules, inspect work in progress, and document deficiencies
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly QA/QC inspection reports
• Track corrective actions through resolution
• Build strong working relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Travel & Schedule

• 100% travel nationwide for the duration of each project
• Projects typically last 6–24 months
• Two weeks onsite at a time with company‑paid travel home every other weekend
• Typical workload: 40–60 hours/week
• Occasional weekend work may be required
• Candidates located within ~1 hour of a major or international airport are strongly preferred

Compensation (Based on Experience)

• QA/QC Manager I (1–4 yrs): $90K–$105K
• QA/QC Manager II (5–9 yrs): $105K–$120K
• QA/QC Manager III (10+ yrs): $120K–$135K max

What will you do?

• Train and supervise the front desk team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures; evaluate team member job performance and recommend appropriate rewards or corrective actions
• Provide team members with guidance on handling difficult problems or in resolving escalated guest complaints
• Implement policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management
• Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team members
• Coordinate with housekeeping department
• Cash handling experience preferred 

More about you

• At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, front desk experience is preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Computer literate in MS Office programs; some experience with property management systems preferred
• Must be fluent in English language both spoken and written
• No college degree required
