The Sales Administrator supports portfolio by providing operational, administrative, and sales enablement support to Sales, external representatives, and crossβfunctional teams. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage timeβsensitive tasks across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dayβtoβday administrative support to Sales team, including updating external sales rep contact records and generating reports as needed.
- Assist Sales with preparation for regional biannual seasonal shows, ensuring materials, samples, and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Prepare inventory reports for the Executive team, maintaining high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the Accounting Executive with reports by gathering data, validating information, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external sales reps, rep agencies, and showrooms, responding to inquiries via email and coordinating information flow.
- Manage weekly brandβspecific inventory reports for external stakeholders, ensuring data is current and aligned with warehouse availability.
- Oversee product sample requests for showrooms, sales reps, and customer accounts, prioritizing turnaround times and coordinating directly with warehouse staff.
- Work onsite at the warehouse as needed to access inventory, pick samples, and maintain familiarity with warehouse organization and processes.
- Maintain close communication with warehouse teams to ensure accurate sample fulfillment and inventory alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams, account management, or multiβbrand product environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, especially in data entry, reporting, and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales Directors, warehouse teams, and external partners.
- Proficiency with sales platforms, digital catalogs, and inventory management tools; experience with Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable working onsite in warehouse environments when needed.
