Nugreen Metals is a vertically integrated electronic recycling company with on-site smelting capabilities. We are the only R2v3-certified recycler in the world with an in-house smelter, providing a true end-of-life solution for electronics.
We partner with OEMs, Fortune 500 companies, infrastructure operators, and other recycling companies to handle secure IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, and material recovery entirely within the United States.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the sectors listed above. We believe we have the turnkey solution for most companies, we just need someone to help bring in the clients.
This role is focused on building high-value, long-term partnerships by positioning Nugreen as a domestic, compliant, and operationally efficient alternative to traditional recycling and ITAD vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within:
* * OEMs
* Manufacturing
* Fortune 500 companies
* Defense manufacturing companies
* Recycling companies
* Build and manage a pipeline of regional and national accounts
* Engage with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and sustainability teams
* Develop and execute regional pilot programs that scale into enterprise agreements
* Communicate Nugreen's value proposition around:
* * Domestic processing
* Risk reduction (data and environmental liability)
* Vendor consolidation
* Collaborate with internal operations to ensure successful onboarding and execution
* Maintain visibility into industry trends, competitors, and evolving compliance standards
Ideal Candidate
* 3-10+ years in business development, sales, or account management
* Experience in one or more of the following:
* * Telecom / cable industry
* ITAD / electronics recycling
* Industrial services or logistics
* Manufacturing sales / purchasing
* Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
* Comfortable engaging with both field-level operators and executive leadership
* Self-directed, resourceful, and capable of building a territory from the ground up
