Job Summary

Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong background in leading QA teams, test automation, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategies, managing test processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
