Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in PA is $121,500 to $194,000.

The pay range for this position in MA is $136,080 to $217,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. • Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)

• Office Hours/Work Schedule

• 7a to 6p. Monday thru Thursday. Friday 7a to 12 noon.

• Staffing

• 7 Physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery)
• 6 Advanced Practitioners
• 11 MOA
• 2 EKG Techs
• 15 LPN
• 5 CMA
• 3 Surgery Schedulers
• 2 Surgery Assistants

• Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable)

• 1:3 weekend rotation
• 1 night/week rotation
• Eligible to earn additional compensation by joining our CERP (Pay for Call) Program

• Case Load

• Outpatient Clinic – 10/day
• Inpatient – based on hospital census
• Procedures – 4-6/day
