Duties Responsibilities
- To actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients of hospital, in compliance with federal and state legal/regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards.
- Involvement with multiple drug distribution functions (inclusive of computerized order entry and/or prospective review and verification of physicians’ orders, IV admixture preparation, etc.)

Job Overview
- Provides continuous oversight of all daily Quality activities to assure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide proper control, review, and management of site documentation to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.

- Responsible for the review, approval, and disposition of finished product for the site and final CoA signature
- Facilitates client project management as required ensuring “quality on time and in full”

- Perform forensic biology laboratory analyses, including serological testing, DNA extraction, quantitation, amplification by PCR, and analysis by capillary electrophoresis.
- Support scientific research and graduate student projects, assisting with research design, laboratory work, and development of peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations.
- Teach and train students and professionals by assisting with forensic science lecture and laboratory courses as well as technical training programs.
- Maintain laboratory instrumentation and operations, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting analytical equipment, and assisting with entry-level training of laboratory personnel and students.

The Role
This is a hands-on outside sales role focused on execution

Position Overview
The Lead AI Safety and Enablement Engineer ensures the safe, reliable and scalable use of AI and machine learning across Exact Sciences. This role focuses on developing and implementing systems, tools, and frameworks that embed responsible AI principles into the organization’s technology ecosystem. The position combines software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of AI risk management, compliance, and observability.

Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support implementation of enterprise standards for AI safety, transparency, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain shared AI safety tools such as model catalogs, metadata registries, and monitoring systems for bias, drift, and performance.

Previous Experience

Time Management and Role Responsibilities
Perform the manufacturing of FS products (60% of time)
- Perform duties in the preparation of the production line, maintenance, and fulfillment of the new product line following company standard operating procedures and adhering to GMP guidelines.
- Ability to sit for the majority of the shift.
- Fine manual dexterity for assembly of components.
- Fills out the appropriate documentation in a timely fashion with accurate information

The Career Advising Coordinator at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU) plays a critical role in supporting the academic and professional development of our diverse health professional graduate students. This position is responsible for connecting students with research opportunities both on and off-campus. The coordinator will organize career and internship fairs, assist the Career Services Advisor in facilitating students' transition from academic to professional environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research Duties
- Identify and promote on and off-campus research, internship and fellowship opportunities available to graduate students.
- Maintain up-to-date website research and internship opportunities for students
- Foster relationships with faculty and external research organizations to increase research opportunities for students.
Career Services:
- Provide individualized career counseling and support to graduate student’s resources and tools to help students navigate their career paths effectively.
- Support the Career Services Advisor by partnering with employers, alumni, and industry professionals to participate in career events.
- Partner with Career Services Advisor in coordinating employer visits and on-campus recruiting activities, understanding hiring needs and match them with qualified students.
- Provide career guidance to current students and alumni
- Conduct research to analyze employment trends both locally and nationally.

Qualifications:
Education:

Summary:
The Admissions and Student Affairs Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Enrollment and the Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences Program (MSBS) at the College of Biosciences and Health Professions. The coordinator position assists with the student onboarding process and student engagement activities, maintains admissions and student data, and helps drive enrollment initiatives for the Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) program while providing administrative and clerical support to the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions. Additionally, the coordinator will travel to recruit students and help achieve enrollment goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
Responsibilities
Admission & Recruitment:
- Coordinate MSBS recruitment and admissions activities (interview days, open houses, information sessions, and outreach events)
- Maintain applicant files in PostbacCAS/WebAdMIT
- Provides database input and generating reports; collaborates with CHSU COM (College of Osteopathic Medicine) for pipeline initiatives.
Student Onboarding & Engagement:
- Oversee pre-matriculation processes including background checks, SONIS setup, and orientation logistics;
- Ensure smooth onboarding and communication for incoming students.
Student Affairs & Engagement:
- Support student life, wellness, and professional development activities;
- Assist with coordinating of community service and co-curricular events;
- Assist student organizations and graduation ceremonies while promoting inclusion and student success.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, taking meeting notes, setting agendas, and other clerical duties.
