The Opportunity
The Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University (LKSOM) invites applications and nominations for the position of Chair, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief, OB/GYN, Temple Women's & Families Hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished, visionary leader to guide a dynamic academic department that is deeply committed to clinical excellence, education, research, and community engagement in one of the nation’s most diverse urban centers.
For more than a century, the Department of OB/GYN/RS at the Katz School of Medicine has delivered high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our surrounding communities, with particular expertise in high-risk obstetrics and advanced gynecologic services. As a major academic and teaching institution, Temple’s faculty and trainees are engaged in robust research and educational activities. Temple University Hospital (TUH) supports a thriving residency program of 25 trainees, serves as the core clinical site for Lewis Katz School of Medicine medical students, provides representation across all OB/GYN subspecialties, and hosts a Gynecologic Oncology fellowship.
Key priorities for the Chair/CMO will include expanding the Department’s clinical footprint to enhance access to high-quality care for underserved populations; strengthening community engagement; and leading physician and faculty recruitment, development, and retention efforts. The Chair will also be responsible for cultivating new business and academic partnerships, promoting scholarly productivity, and advancing medical education programs. Additionally, the Chair will ensure that all departmental programs meet or exceed the quality and performance standards established by Temple University Health System (TUHS).
The CMO is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care through strong clinical judgment, accurate assessment, and individualized care planning. The role provides leadership in patient safety, quality improvement, clinical safety and regulatory compliance, capacity management, resource utilization, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The CMO also serves as the physician leader and spokesperson for the Women’s Hospital, promoting service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams and systems.
The new Chair/CMO will serve as the academic, clinical, and administrative leader of the Department, providing strategic and operational oversight of all departmental activities across Temple University Hospital campuses, including the newly opened Temple Women and Families Hospital , the region’s only hospital dedicated exclusively to women’s health and family care . The Chair will collaborate closely with Temple Health leadership to advance the Department’s mission and strategic priorities. The Chair will provide clear tactical direction and inspire excellence in clinical service, education, and scholarly activity, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. In all clinical and academic endeavors, the Chair/CMO will partner with the Dean to ensure exceptional training experiences for medical students, residents, and fellows.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished academic physician with demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, program development, faculty recruitment and mentorship, operational and fiscal management, and academic achievement. They will model integrity, inclusivity, and institutional stewardship while promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging trends in women’s health, population health, and academic medicine, along with the ability to build strong relationships across institutional and community settings. Through visionary leadership, the intentional cultivation of a positive and inclusive departmental culture, and a steadfast commitment to Temple’s mission of service, the Chair/CMO will guide the Department in delivering equitable, high-quality care and advancing the legacy of the University’s founding President, Dr. Russell Conwell.
Core Leadership Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Department that aligns with the Katz and Temple Faculty Physicians' strategic plan. The plan should address the following five areas of responsibility: Clinical Care, Educational Mission (medical students, other professional students, residents and fellows, faculty and outreach CME), Faculty Mentoring (promotion, clinical, educational, and research productivity), Research (grant support, publications, presentations), and Administrative.
· Create an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, and belonging for all.
· Create and execute strategies to engage with local communities, building trust and fostering partnerships.
· Partner with Faculty Affairs and Education to develop faculty programs for academic and professional growth.
· Manage the resources of the department's clinical, research, and educational enterprise prudently and effectively.
· Communicate effectively and frequently with leadership and the faculty and staff to ensure that strategies and activities of the department enterprise are aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
· Develop a plan for recruiting, supporting, and mentoring faculty. Participate in faculty career development plans and retention efforts. Provide an annual evaluation of all department faculty. Make recommendations on faculty appointments, promotions, and tenure.
Provide administrative direction and supervision to the department’s faculty and staff.
Plan effectively for the anticipated demand for clinical services from expanding patient volumes, ensuring sufficient facilities, technologies, operations, staffing, and outreach activities.
Ensure that clinical operations are patient-centered, efficient, effective, high-quality, and safe.
Advance research activities consistent with the growth of clinical programs.
Facilitate a culture of excellence within the department and the Women’s and Families Hospital.
Educational Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
This position requires an M.D. or equivalent. Qualified candidates must be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and qualified for an academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor (preferred) in the medical school. Candidates should possess an exemplary record in clinical care, research, scholarship, and mentoring or education, as well as demonstrated prior leadership experience. Candidates with additional pertinent degrees (Ph.D., M.B.A., and M.P.H.) and/or fellowship training are encouraged to apply. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Adjunct Faculty instructors at Saint Xavier University are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings. Courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as in-person, online, hybrid and/or blended formats, with a preference towards in-person instruction. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, departmental communication, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.
Qualifications
- Ability to supervise both on campus and off campus at various Chicagoland locations.
- Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Current Illinois State Licensure through Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical service delivery after receiving Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- Recent speech language pathology practice is preferred
- Availability to work independently in late afternoon, evenings, and Saturday mornings preferred
- Work hours are during active fall and spring semesters (16-weeks each)
- Time management, dependability, and creative problem-solving skills required

Position description
The Department of Architecture at UC Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified lecturers or lecturers in lieu of GSI to teach non-studio courses in the following areas: Architectural History and Theory, Building Science, Structures, and Construction, should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester (fall, spring, and summer), depending upon the needs of the Architecture department.
General Duties: In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g., syllabus), and using Cal's electronic resources for course management.

Under general supervision, provides a wide variety of moderately complex laboratory testing and technical lab support for a research facility. Requires knowledge of the processes/procedures in testing, documenting experiments, maintaining laboratory notebook, analyzing data, and reporting using complex statistical computer software.

Senior superintendents are expected to have a minimum of 10 years experience; preferably within DPR's core markets. Superintendents work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all craft employees. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Oversee, manage, and mentor project superintendents and assistant superintendents.
- Participate during the proposal and pre-construction phase of a project to develop a project plan and validate overall schedule duration.
- Lead a collaborative field planning process through the use of short interval planning and production tracking.
- Create construction schedules, perform regular updates, monitor logic relationships, and insert new activities and impacts.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with neighboring occupants.
- Negotiate with authorities having jurisdiction to achieve project occupancy milestones.
- Lead DPR's injury-free environment safety program.
- Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading in conjunction with DPR's self-perform work crews.
- Foster the development of foreman to grow into future superintendents.
- Professionally represent DPR field operations as primary interface with owner and design team.

The Role
We are seeking a high-ownership manufacturing leader with a strong chemical engineering or process engineering background who thrives in complex, fast-growing environments and enjoys building systems that support scale.
This role exists to build and lead Carpe’s contract manufacturing and process engineering capability as the company rapidly expands production across multiple product categories and retail partners.
While this role carries meaningful strategic responsibility, it is also deeply operational and hands-on. You will work directly with contract manufacturers to strengthen processes, improve manufacturing performance, and ensure Carpe products are produced consistently and reliably at scale.
This is a build-and-own role, not a delegation role. You will engage directly with the technical teams at contract manufacturing partners, travel up to 50% as needed, and work hands-on to improve processes, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and scale production.
You will partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to translate product innovation into robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do
Contract Manufacturing Leadership
● Own and manage Carpe’s network of contract manufacturing partners

Who You Are

JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our large CDMO clients is seeking data migration specialist to transition from a legacy Quality Management System (QMS) to MasterControl. This role focuses on extracting structured and unstructured data from the previous QMS platform, validating its accuracy, and entering and organizing information within MasterControl according to established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with quality documentation and regulated data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from the legacy QMS, including documents, records, metadata, and historical logs.
- Review, clean, and validate extracted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Input and upload data into MasterControl following defined workflows and naming conventions.
- Collaborate with Quality, IT, and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
- Maintain detailed logs and status reports to track progress and identify issues during migration.
- Support testing and verification activities to ensure data integrity after import into MasterControl.
