Position Overview
The Office Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Environmental Learning Center. This position serves as the administrative hub of the organization and works closely with the Executive Director, staff, students, parents, volunteers, and community partners.

Summary
- We're looking for a motivated Engineering Technician (Contract) for support our Colossus quality assurance labs. In this role, you will be faced the challenge of providing a test-bed for our developers to test software on various hardware before releasing them.
- Additionally, collaborate with Infrastructure Engineers, installing and maintaining Windows/Linux platforms and using creativity while finding solutions.
- We expect things to break in this lab, as the software is mostly low-level device drivers, and the bugs in them do break boards and GPUs.
- We seek to catch problems early in our labs rather than in user devices.
- Our labs run more than 100,000 tests per day and is part of a DevOps pipeline that needs constant supervision, tracking, monitoring and break-fix.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling Labs and Datacenters using DCIM Tools, spreadsheets and task tracking tools.
- Your responsibilities will also include defining standards in labs to keep them safe, clean and organized.
- Deploy test boards that run automated tests from a Software Developers and triage and root cause board issues which are not due to hardware or software issues but, that potentially have test setup issues.

Required
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional certification and experience
- 5 – 10 years teaching experience with emphasis on applied learning and active teaching (in higher education or K-12 education)
- Ideal candidates will also have business experience / exposure
- MS Office 365 and educational technology (e.g., Learning Management Systems, ideally Canvas)
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at the Buffalo and Rochester campuses, including occasional teaching at either campus and/or remote instruction between campuses

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. You will accomplish a variety of operations responsibilities including picking, packing, receiving product both within our site and accompanying kitchen (if applicable), and working with our partner drivers.
Customers turn to Gopuff to provide their everyday essentials-day and night, rain or shine. We're assembling a team of thinkers, dreamers and risk takers who are ready to help us reshape the world of retail faster than ever before. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.
Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
* Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure physical inventory count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies
* Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
* Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility
* Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practice
* Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items
* Handle, scan and move product in a safe and well-organized manner
* Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach and walk during shifts
* Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment to move product
* Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
* Work in freezer locations periodically throughout shifts
* Capability to walk several flights of steps periodically throughout the day
* Prepare quality beverages and food menu items for all customers by observing all recipes and presentation standards
* Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage packaged for delivery
* Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
* Receive and put away order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies when they do not match expiration requirements
* Maintain Kitchen Facility organization and standards to ensure resources can be accessed while managing waste and spoilage through mindful pouring and food preparation

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

The Center Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of an assigned American Family Care Urgent Care center. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources and the efficient, high-quality delivery of clinical and administrative services. The Practice Manager directly supervises all non-provider staff within the center and serves as a key liaison between center operations, regional leadership, and support center departments. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational performance. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager of Operations.

QualificationsMinimum of three (3+) years of management experience within a healthcare setting required; Urgent Care or Immediate Care experience strongly preferred.
Clinical background or certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and staff scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop team members across all levels.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Experity is highly desirable.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.

Maintain adequate inventory levels by managing weekly supply ordering for medical and administrative needs. Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously striving for operational excellence and measurable results. Oversee financial performance of the center, including budget management and control of operating expenses reflected on the P&L.
This is a center-based position requiring prolonged periods of computer use and desk work. Physical demands include occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting. Travel to other clinic locations within the assigned market may be required. When onsite at clinical locations, the work environment may involve moderate noise levels and potential exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens, in accordance with standard healthcare precautions.
